We had a nice stay here. It started off off kilter with our designated room not quite up to expectations but the wonderful man on the computer was happy to upgrade us for a small fee. This room was absolutely what we wanted and we are set for a great stay. The other guy at reception was helpful yet a little suited to an understudy position for Basil in Faulty Towers.
Overall great stay very nice hotel.

A wonderful, cool hotel. The view is chic from all the rooms. Breakfast with this kind — isn't it high? The bathroom room was of the highest quality: a new cubicle, new tiles and plumbing. Expensive bedding, new fluffy towels. A variety of Tuscany goodies for breakfast. In short, the hotel will be better than the capital. " Be sure to return to Cortona, for it deserves it, and it is in this hotel.

Very clean, confortable. Very cood breakfast. Very good view and the recepcionist and all employees are very lovely! the parking is near and there is a escalator. Very easy! very beaultiful… good for kids!

Pretty dated hotel. My room had a nice shower with hot tub but with the door that didn't hold the water so lake at the exit of the shower. Blue felt floor with a molding in the middle of the room gold to cover the junta. Mattress not the best and very small TV for a four-star hotel. Centrally located and an affordable price.

Perfect view of Tuscany, the hotel is in the heart of the town, friendly staff, clean room, we enjoyed our stay especially the terrace.

Strategic position x visit Cortona. Easy parking in the surroundings. Breathtaking view of the valley (Credo of Chiana). The lady at the front desk last night was very kind. Good restaurant attached and agreement with the hotel. Recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Possibility of special treatment in the nearby restaurant. Breakfast served on the terrace — August — with beautiful views of the plain.

Regional decor but very neglected (carpeting in the rooms very old and destroyed! ) very small bathroom with a leaking shower cabin.
Breakfast very poor, no warm meals (for 5 nights we had one time luck to have scrambled eggs but it was cold and not enough for everyone). The worst coffee in all Italy. No regional products! Not nice service.

Great location. Easy walk to old town. Everything you could possibly need for 1 night stay. Clean room. Good airconditioning and small bar fridge. Breakfast was very nice. Amazing view from breakfast patio. Staff very helpful with settings of airconditioning.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We did not have availability of a reserved parking. Our double room was a little small. The floors develop downwards and we were on the sixth and therefore the lowest one without a view of the Valdichiana. Standard Breakfast. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. P.

Very comfortable Hotel located in Piazza Garibaldi, right at the beginning of the historic center of Cortona and connected via a system of escalators to the underlying public parking of the Holy Spirit (free parking with a capacity of 200 seats).
The hotel takes place vertically on six levels, three of which are destined for the rooms; The latter correspond to the standards of the four stars, with a bathroom that, despite the size not exaggerated, is really functional and complete with everything we can serve (including the skates) ; Perhaps the only flaw is found in the use of the carpet, which makes all a little démodé and to which it would be preferable a traditional floor or a parquet.
Experienced in the summer season in B version, we recommend the excellent breakfast buffet (really good croissants filled with chocolate) that ranges from the sweet (creams, jams, honey, yogurt, mussi) to salty and is served on the terrace cantilevered with view on Countries and the Arezzo campaign.
An outdoor restaurant is also attached to the hotel.

Ask for an upgrade! The views from this hotel are second to none! We had to pay a small upgrade fee but it was 100% worth it!

Really nice hotel with an magnificent view from my room!

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I stayed in a "comfort" room and found myself in a very small room with a tiny bathroom and patched. The only nice thing about the room was the view over the valley (but it only applies to some rooms). Double bed consisting of two spring mattresses, a 17-inch TV and a window that had drafty on each side. Walls that don't even know what "soundproofing" means.
The only nice thing about the hotel is the lobby… but already from the elevator you understand that the 4 stars are just on the sign.

Located in a strategic position to visit Cortona. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast good quality. Overall it is a very good original outbuilding located on the Colina the Enter is on the top floor is then you go down. To be signed.

Great hotel with good view and good location.

Located right in the historic centre of the beautiful Cortona, with a spectacular view over the Val di Chiana to the Amiata and Lake Trasimeno. Nicely decorated and immaculately kept. Not recommended for breakfast, but there are good bars nearby.
