The kitchen is the icing on the cake that is a pleasure for the palate, dishes with spectacular combinations that create explosions of taste.

Eating here is such a wonderful experience. The food is absolutely delicious the staffs are wonderful, helpful and really knowledgeable about the food being served. We were stunned to realise that just 1 amazing lady was doing all the cooking! Stunning views from the outside terrace. A must visit if you’re in Certaldo.

Absolutely you are a really nice inn with both aesthetic and panoramic impact standing eating on the terrace I could admire the surrounding countryside and see the towers of sangimignano. The impact on eating really good even the very artistic hanging the taste of the dishes you felt very much in short also the eating was great. The really good welcome from everyone. In short I had a good time and ate really well. YES is an inn that I would recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and feel good.

It is easy to recognize that Osteria del Vicario offers more than a typical touristic restaurant. The menu was very refined and the view to the surroundings was beautiful. We had a great romantic dinner and enjoyed the delicious meals cooked with high quality products. Clearly not a budget place, but its absolutely worth it.

We chose Osteria del Vicario for our wedding dinner after our ceremony in Certaldo
Alto. We are so happy we did. The view, the service, the food… ALL were amazing. Thank you so much for providing the perfect meal to cap off a perfect wedding celebration!

Very beautiful location in a great ancient palace with a great view on the hillside. The waitress was very kind and the food good with a Present of the chef m at the beginning of the course. There’s no topical food but nouvelle cuisine! If you are looking for a posh food it is for you! The price is a lit of bit high!

Outstanding food in a comfortable location with excellent views to the surrounding countryside. Unlike other reviews posted here, I found the service both professional and polite and while enjoying a meal here is not a bargain, it most certainly is not a tourist trap. Clearly some people don’t understand fine dining.

This is a fabulous restaurant! My wife and I stopped for lunch and i'm so glad we did — the food, service, ambience is excellent and the view one of the best in Certaldo.

Tourist Trap! 14 euros for the most BASIC two glasses of wine you will drink in your life. Did not even offer a snack. Do not go here if you are wise.

My partner stayed here one night and found a great view from the terrace and extreme kindness from the staff.

Teresa and her staff are lovely. Delicious food and eating on the terrace overlooking the Vega is indescribable!
