Hotel located about 2km from the center of Siena, (out of chaos), clean and comfortable rooms, large bathroom, hearty breakfast, professional staff, price slightly above standards, overall recommended!

Courtesy and friendliness. Clean and well-equipped rooms, air-conditioned. Slightly away from the center but very well connected. Great experience.

Small budget hotel, a bit agé but all in all clean and comfortable. International breakfast a little basic with croissants to the limits of sufficiency. But to 40 €/night in early April is more than good.

Nice comfortable stay with family. 1.5miles from Plaza de Campo. Outside the older Siena means that you have to take some form of public transportation or walk or take car to get further closer to the city wall and walk. If you dont have a car and cannot walk, consider staying within the city walls. Great staff, super hot showers, nice beds. Bad Wi-Fi that doesn't work beyond the lobby area are some pro and cons. A very nice italian pizzeria next door.

A little gem away for 5-10 minutes d'drive from the historic centre of Siena, in a quiet area. Comfortable double room and … place well-kept and spotlessly clean the owner was helpful and lovely, breakfast super with freshly baked croissants… will definitely be back recommended absolutely. Also Siena is a jewel!

Nice cosy room and friendly staff. Villa Piccola is also situated next to a restaurant/pizzeria which is quite convenient. The bus stop is 50 meters away and the breakfast is rich. Would come back again.

The location is quite and it's almost 30 minutes far from the city center on foot and 10-15 minutes by bus. Very near to GSK. The room is cheap and good, it doesn't miss anything.

Good location near Porta Camollia in Siena. We stayed at the Villa Piccola Siena for two nights with my partner. Excellent room, clean, staff very kind reception. And an excellent starting point for visiting the city … we used public transportation to visit the old town but if you want you could go with a long walk … the Centre on foot from Villa Piccola Siena is 25/30 minutes. Very quiet and peaceful. To come back again. Recommended.

I was a week before with my fiance and we liked very much it. Hotel staff was very polite. The room was very beautiful and nice with an old tuscan style. The toilet was very clean. The hotel had a little garden where we could stay and take a coffe. The coffe was offered by the hottel stuff. The hotel was not in the centre but colligated with public services. The centre was only 5 minutes away by car and 10 minutes with bus. If we come back to Siena we know where to go. Thank you very much for everything.

Great hotel in Siena. Just a few steps from porta camollia stayed with my fiancee the last February. Rooms small but clean and tastefully decorated, good breakfast, the front desk staff attentive and smiling, parking, very comfortable bed … I have to say the only flaw the pillows I've asked two one for me and her and been fine. Out the door have Camellia plants … Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Congrats Villa Piccola Siena.

We stayed at Hotel Villa Piccola Siena from 9 to 11 September during a visit to the hospital she had to my father. Ideal location of the hotel to the hospital sheets. We chose it because it was in agreement with the hospital staff at reception the sheets. My room was very clean and organized. Great breakfast, very filling and also the restaurant they recommended. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Will definitely be back.

Very good 3 star Hotel in Siena! We stayed at this property in early June. Offers all the amenities of a 4 star hotel, room well arretada poor style. Very close to the train station and 20 metres from the bus station. In fact the machine for the entire week we used up little. Reception staff very friendly and helpful! and more room than clean scented, I will return again.

outside the hotel there are a tobacco shop and a bakery, and ua pharmacy 800 meters (around the corner) there is a coop supermarket.
Comodissmo take the bus ticket (80 centesii) and in 10 minutes you are in the Center. Better to go by bus because parking (though always outside the walls) costa 1, 5 euo then!
Next door there is a great pizza restaurant at prices honesty.
Fiorentina 3, costs 80 euros per 100 grams.
If you arrive with the Navigator is very easy to reach the hotel, otherwise will explain very well the road.
Because one day you visit the city, you can pay a visit to the baths (admission € 14) that distao 20 minutes from Siena.
