Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Siena with a beautiful garden where we had dinner. Great restaurant and staff ready to solve any need.

I love this hotel! Beautiful garden, large rooms, great view and wonderful people working the desk, especially a lady named Francesca, who is a real gem!

Wonderful location inside the walls of Siena. Private car park so especially nice if you’re driving in Tuscany. Just a 10-minute walk from Piazza il Campo. Nearby shops and cafes. Lovely terraced garden and some rooms have amazing view.

It was very enjoyable at Ravizza; the desk was most helpful; the service was comprehensive. The internet only worked in the lobby however so that made a challenge and required book reading as an alternative.

A beautiful, old hotel in the historic centre of Siena. A short walk to fabulous restaurants and places of interest.

Our high ceilinged room with traditional painted decorations was comfortable and quiet despite its central location. The garden is a beautiful bonus: breakfast on the terrace but also a tranquil corner for a nightcap.

In the middle of the city, you don't need a car anymore. Nice and clean rooms. Staff always available. It's definitely worth the price it paid.

Love the garden… enjoyed the breakfast… liked the room… liked the location had a good time… staff pleasant would come back here for sure!

Great location within 10 minute walk of Piazzo del Campo (stunning centre point of Siena). Beautiful traditional Italian building, fabulous courtyard with speculator views of the Siena countryside where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast or a G&T at the end of your day, we did both which I would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and happy to help with recommendations on where to visit and where to eat (away from the Campo, which is over priced).
Would highly recommend a few days here as a great base to explore Siena and wider Tuscany.

What a wonderful place to stay! Everything about our visit was great from check-in to check-out. The staff was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Our room was large with beautiful furniture, a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The Palazzo is charming, updated with the original style and situated on the old city wall overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Make sure you take time to enjoy a glass of wine in the garden. The view is breathtaking. Thank you so much for a memorable week.

Beautiful room, everything works, fiendly staff, beautiful views. Wi-Fi was down for 3 days, but all else was good.

Charming hotel just a five or ten minute walk to everything in Siena! It's location affords the amazing views and beautiful garden which are picture perfect in the morning for breakfast, in the afternoon for a drink, and in the evening for sunset. Well appointed, the rooms are large by European standards, the staff is attentive and friendly. No detail was forgotten from the welcoming lobby full of books and a wine bar and the bowls of chips served with afternoon drinks. The breakfast is so well prepared and presented. It's quiet and peaceful. This hotel may well be the reason we choose to come back to Siena. A true gem!

We had a great time at Palazzo Ravizza. We had the garden suite room which was awesome. Lots of room, comfortable bed, jacuzzi tub and access to the garden from the room. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it. The staff was friendly and attentive. You can walk to any nearby activity. It was a bit hard to find, but just follow their directions and you'll make it. One of the few places that has secure parking if you're driving a rental car.

This hotel was a major factor to our enjoyment of the magic that Siena is. Located right inside the city's walls, the former palace offers non-cookie cutter rooms that are unique and classically decorated with beautifully updated bathrooms. The staff makes you feel at home with their friendliness and if you're lucky (not to brag, but we were), your room will face the beautiful garden which overlooks the gorgeous Tuscan hillside. We got to enjoy how this view changed depending on time of day and weather. If you're going to Siena, you should try to book a room here.

Hotel with a unique atmosphere, absolutely ideal, very stylish rooms, beautiful view, beautiful park, very important: own, fenced parking.

Good hotel in a strategic position in the center of Siena. Staff is very kind and quick. There are some special rules to reach the parking owned by the hotel. First stop in front of the hotel even if it's a limited traffic zone. Register your car plate then follow the instructions from the desk personnel. Rooms are old but renewed, wide and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent.

Siena romance at it's best!

Rooms are enormous, luxurious and full of character. Beds are similarly huge, with very soft & comfortable bedding. Power showers. Perfect service. The view and the gardens are stunning, and the location is right in the centre. Wi-Fi is generally fast enough for streaming. The TVs are relatively small, and without USB ports. The hotel is only wheelchair accessible from the street; the car park is via several flights of stairs. Rooms facing the street can be noisy during business hours.

Everything Perfect.

This was a great hotel, and a fantastic option if you are driving into Siena. We visited Siena for the day as part of a longer trip to other areas of Tuscany, and stayed overnight at Palazzo Ravizza. We had done plenty of research on the ZTL (traffic restricted) zones in Siena, and were nervous about having to drive into the zone to get to this hotel. We shouldn't have been. The staff was very friendly, made registering our vehicle and getting directions to their free parking lot super easy, and we had no problems. A bonus, the lot isn't an underground/garage (unlike others we saw, like Hotel Athena) so no fear about trying to wedge a car into a tight spot. The hotel is classy, and fairly well located (10-15min walk from Campo). One note — the building opposite Ravizza is under construction, and though we didn't encounter much construction noise, it may be worth asking about when you book.

The rooms are no frills but practical. The terrace is beautiful and you can have breakfast or a wine out there. 10 mins max into the town centre.

Not much to look at from the road but very nice inside. High ceilings, beautiful floors, and a great terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Free parking!

Nice hotel and location but our room was soo small that we were glad to leave.

The customer service was unparalleled, the room was gorgeous and spacious, and the garden was just lovely. One of the better breakfasts on my recent trip to Italy.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and gardens with fabulous views of the countryside. Centrally located and still owned by descendants of the Ravizza. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful and their dining recommendations were spot-on.

You cannot find a fault in choosing this hotel. Very nice and accommodating staff, beautiful rooms with old time furniture and amazing decoration.
The view from the back garden alone is worth every penny you spend! In the summer the breakfast is served back there. And you get great tea and coffee with original Italian cheese and cold cuts with the best bread in Tuscany! Definitely try the tomato and mozzarella combo — so much better than at home.
So all in all I can definitely recommend staying there and I'll be back for sure. :-)

The location is top-notch: just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but still accessibly close. The rooms are incredible — old and charming and wonderfully dated but well kept. And the staff have been beyond helpful, with everything from directions to dining and activities. Great place to stay in historic Siena!

Great hotel with a lot of flair and breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside.

Wow! A palace in the medieval city of Siena. The room was spacious, keeps its' royal character, very helpful staff, private parking was very handy (ask for instructions) and the location is ideal reaching Siena's center within 5mins walking. On the other hand, breakfast could be better.

Quaint yet spacious. Beautiful view of the Tuscan valley from your room, or the lovely courtyard. The staff is the best we experienced in Italy; charming, knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay perfetto. We would definitely come back to this wonderful hotel.

Stayed one night but great location just a short walk from the busy town center. Amazing view from the garden where we enjoyed our breakfast. We got a nice room facing the street with large bathroom. Drove into town and parked in their free car park. Didn't have to worry about car being in the ZTL zone.

Located in a strategic area (5 minutes walk from the duomo and 8 from piazza campo). It is located in a restricted traffic area, but don't worry, just because that revenue from porta san marco and then to the reception and reported the number plate of your car so that it can be inserted in the white list and there multino. In front of the entrance there is a parking area for loading and unloading and then you will be explained how to reach the hotel's free parking. From the car park through a staircase, you access the rear of the hotel. Any disabled people, it is better to face leave in front of the hotel. The hotel is in the old style, but kept well. The breakfast, which is served in the garden (weather permitting), is of good quality (the juice, but as in all the structures) even if it lacks a bit of variety. We very much appreciated that on our arrival we did find 2 bottles of water on the bedside table, kindly offered to. Basically for the location and quality, would recommend this place for visiting Siena.

A beautifully converted and grand palazzo, inside the city walls with elegant rooms and fine cotton sheets on the beds and the best pillows of my long trip. Expansive views from many rooms over the Tuscan countryside. Friendly capable and multilingual staff. Good breakfast. Great value a short amble away from the madding crowds in Siena's centre.

Dream terrace & quiet! Unfortunately, the breakfast staff is virtually non-existent! That was very strange! Otherwise Top Spot.

I booked this hotel for a 1 week stay in Siena. Because we were staying so long and it was our honeymoon, I booked the garden suite which is the former servant's kitchen. It was the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in which was nice for such a long stay. There is also a very large stone fireplace which was really cool (unnecessary in July, but who cares). The staff was excellent, very welcoming, helpful and attentive. The garden was fantastic with an amazing view of the country side. Location is good for walking in to the Campo or visiting the Duomo. A lot of good restaurants in close proximity. My only complaint is that with the garden suite, we couldn't keep the windows open at night because someone sitting in the garden could see right in to your room, but the positive was that it stayed dark and quite in the room so I was able to sleep late everyday. I would definitely visit again.

Decent hotel. Good location, lovely garden where breakfast is served, an adequate staff. Minus — synthetic pillows and blankets, under them in heat-uncomfortable.

Stayed for 3 nights and the hotel was fantastic. Great location, staff was amazingly helpful — — especially Paulo. Would stay there again and suggest it to friends on their visits.

The location is ideal: parking private home which allows to leave the car in place, less than 5 minutes walk from the Campo and the Duomo, very pro, beautiful building, nice, very nice garden, breakfast of fine workmanship, excellent bedding, but room and bathroom with bath rather small, especially for a room to nearly €200 night and breakfast. But it is well positioned, parking and it is a palazzo…?
And a regular party near the hotel garden, which lasts a good part of the night, a pity…

We stayed here as a couple for one night in April 2016. It is not a budget hotel. The room was $170 and was a standard which is on the street level and no garden view. However it was worth it to stay there. The bed was good size and had wonderfully comfortable pillows and blankets. There was a new water bottle in the room for each of us. The bathroom was large and clean and updated. Of course because of the driving situation in Siena there was trouble getting there. The GPS wants to send you to the left to enter town and you should go to the right. However the free parking on site made the hotel an even better value. It is very convenient and the hotel takes your car information to give to the city so (hopefully) you do not get a ticket for being in the ZTL area. There is a sign on the door to the garden saying no picnicking there, but we got a delicious bottle of wine from the hotel for $25 and they brought it out to us with glasses and potato chips. We enjoyed the view and the wine and loved it.

This hotel is quite spectacular! The rooms are spacious and spread out from one another each in their own little alcove. The bed was big and comfortable and the private garden and parking is very nice.

When a hotel has a near perfect rating, it's almost hard to believe. I've spent the last 5 nights at the Hotel Palazzo Ravizza, and can say that the hotel and staff earned my appreciation each day. Paolo is absolutely fantastic… polite, humble, and so wonderfully adept with great recommendations. Jessica and Francesca were exemplary as well. I look forward to my next visit. One other matter of interest to guests, the hotel is wonderfully situated for easy access to the city, and the added benefit of secure, and inclusive parking is yet another bonus!

A very good option to stay at a reasonable price around 100€ / night including breakfast and parking for the car.

Spectacular hotel! The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are spectacular and the service is perfect. Valeria Ligrani at the front desk was wonderful in helping with reservations for restaurants, transportation and making sure that every detail was perfect. We had the garden room which was huge and walked right out into the garden. The complementary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Perfect place to stay.

The Hotel is very well located, about 3 min. From the centre, has its own Parking lot free. The staff is very friendly. The buffet Breakfast offers a large selection and the view on the terrace is simply Breathtaking.

A wonderful hotel! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The hotel was in a fantastic location — about a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Piazza del Campo. The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful. We took the wine tour, too, which was immensely enjoyable and well-organized. The views of the countryside from the back of the hotel were breathtaking, and spending time on the terrace each evening was a highlight of the trip. I would highly recommend Palazzo Ravizza, and am hoping I can return sometime in the future.

We spent a week here in April and had the most wonderful time. Our room was lovely with views over the garden and hills, breakfasts delicious, and all the staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. We felt entirely at home. The hotel also organised a special tour into Chianti which we enjoyed very much. It allowed us to see some of the region, to visit an old town, and two wineries — both informative and delicious wine.

We stayed at the Palazzo Ravizza for our honeymoon, and loved our time there! The hotel itself is a classic villa with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. While we were there the staff also organized a small private wine tour of the Chianti region of Tuscany, with a very friendly and informative driver who picked us up from the hotel and chauffeured us around for half a day. Definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very nice and accommodating. It is also remarkable the friendliness and competence of the staff. Excellent also the recommendations as they keep in touch with all the restaurants of the city centre.

My home away from home in Siena — this beautiful palazzo never fails. Breakfast is the cherry on top of an already marvelous experience. (Giancarlo — sometimes on the night shift — has GREAT local recommendations! ).
