Beautiful place in the heart of Siena, with stunning views of the city and friendly and always helpful staff… breakfast is spectacular!

Excellent surprise that this B-B: friendly welcome, comfortable room although warm because under the roofs. We have a great view of Siena!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and helpful. If you go in heat season, there is no air conditioning, the facilities are nice and comfortable, it is a department which is shared with the people who occupy the other rooms as well as the bathroom that is shared. The only detail is that it's on a fifth floor and there's no elevator.

Good experience in this B&B. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room, on the fifth floor, enjoyed a great view. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only bad thing were the 5 floors without elevator but, since we talk about the Sienese old Town, we can stay there. It is a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo and the busiest streets of the city. Recommended.

When you arrive see Siena from the Terrace x the first time and already fall in love. Great professionalism of the owners always available. Excellent cleanliness! Nice environment. Great location. It's like feeling at home.

The B&B is equipped with every comfort and was more satisfying than what I believed. It is located behind Piazza del Campo and from the terrace you can enjoy a great panoramic view. The environment is relaxing. At the entrance we can find a common area equipped with a kitchen, climbing stairs that are always inside the apartment troviamovdue rooms and the bathroom, spacious and elegant. The room I stayed in had the window on the ceiling, very romantic. Excellent cleanliness. The courtesy of the girl who greeted me displaced and was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed. I would have stayed at this facility much longer. Recommended and quality/price absolutely excellent.

Central position, at 150 m, from the Piazza del Campo (where I recommend to stay in the sun enjoying a ciaccino stuffed with Poppi, two steps away, in Via di Città). The rooms are located in lovely apartments with kitchen and sitting area in the fifth and sixth floor of a seventeenth century building, without elevator. The Porta Romana and Porta Tufi rooms have a sensational view over the rooftops of Siena and the Torre del Mangia. Only negative notes: In the bathroom a soap dish in the shower, bubble bath and shampoo insufficient for two persons (not supplied in the days following the first), on one occasion some people have smoked in the common spaces (without even taking care to ventilate).

Great hospitality, smiling and punctual staff. Dream scenario in the middle of the old town, clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms, spacious environments. A dream holiday!

Hospitality and friendliness are the masters. In addition, the rooms are cleaned and the b&b's strategic location (a short walk from Piazza del Campo). The kindness of the manager really impressed me and added that extra quid that made our stay in the beautiful city of Siena perfect. If I were to go back, I would definitely choose the same b&b again.

The place is nice and the location is very good. One thing only: we can't have a shared bathroom! This the only reason for 3 stars otherwise it would be 4.

The third guest houses offers double or single rooms a short walk from Piazza del Campo, where better to assist in full to the Palio in all its many manifestations.
