Perfect accommodation right in the central square, within walking distance (10–15 min) to the Tower and most attractions. Despite the central location, it's very quiet.

Very good location… nice view from room. Third floor no lift.

Very close to the hospital but difficult to locate if you don't have Google Maps. There is no reception.

Comfortable and convenient room a space outside the room where you can prepare a good coffee in the morning … very kind owners available for any needs … we will be back soon 😘

We checked in by chance because we had to stay longer in Tirrenia due to a traffic accident. In one word — an absolutely great team who provided us with more than just accommodation.

Nice place, service and rooms, minus one star only for noisy street. Everything's fine, clean, calm. Parking, air conditioner not included in price.

I loved this hotel, very clean, cozy with a friendly staff. The breakfast is simply amazing! They offer everything that you can Imagine.

The room is very basic, but it's great for a short stay in Pisa.
You cannot beat the location. It's less than 10 mins walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and 15 mins walk to the station.

Self check in was easy and quick and the check out was the same.
You can leave your luggage in the hotel.

We stayed overnight after landing late at Pisa airport. The walk to the property was quick and easy. The host provided excellent instructions.

Lovely old hotel, great value, amazing location. If you want a big swish new place, you're not going to get it right in the centre. Nice breakfast too. Negative reviews here seem overly harsh!

Rooms were clean enough for the age of the building inside, in our room half of the plug sockets could not be used and the windows seemed glued shut, although the AC unit was a welcome addition.

Spent one night recently. Very Handy for train or early Ryan Air flight out of Pisa. Good value for money. Very modern, newly refurbished to a high standard. Lovely room with a rooftop balcony.

Very clean, private terrace, bath. Good water pressure and hot water. Possible to make coffee or tea. Host meets you as promised to show you keys etc. Would stay here again.

A quiet place with seaside, nice restaurants all around. Very friendly people. We will come back soon!

Positive: The apartment was close to historical center. Located in the nice house on the second floor. Atmospheric place with interesting design and furniture and decoration elements.
