Everything about the room was fine, however there was no soap in the shower and no place to put soap in the shower. We had to take the liquid soap from the sink into the shower and place the container on the floor! How strange! Also there was no toilet paper holder, the toilet paper was on the lower shelf by the sink. Obviously whoever designed the bathroom did not think through the setup carefully.
As mentioned by another client the breakfast offerings were minimal and not fresh. No fruit, no fresh pastries and biscotti that seemed to have been sitting around for quite a while.
The most disturbing part of our stay was the locks for the apartment; three in total. The key to the lock to the front door to the apartment building did not function well. It took at least 10 minutes to unlock the door. We tried and tried to fiddle with the lock and key and eventually it opened. Also this is a shared apartment with a front door that locks. Another client entered the apartment late at night and failed to lock the front door. The result was that anyone could have entered the apartment if they chose to do so. There was a lock to our bedroom door but having the apartment door unlocked was not good and felt unsafe to me.
