Lauri Loft Boutique Rooms

Cannot recommend Lauri Loft enough. Excellent location & accommodation with an incredibly friendly and helpful host! We stayed in the standard room and the bed was super comfy and very clean. This was amazing value for money and I give it 10/10!

The worst. I was in a family situation where a family member of ours was diagnosed with brain tumor and he was planned an urgent surgery that corresponded to the dates we would be in Italy. I kindly asked the property on booking 10 days in advance if they could kindly reschedule the dates since we had to be at the hospital. The property didnt respond me. Then like nothing happened on the day of check in, they text me. I sent them the same text and they claimed they didnt receive my text and send me a link to reschedule. I clicked the link and I had to pay again the same amount (more than 400€). I requested via booking support partial refund, which was rejected from the property. Today the property cancelled my reservation. I had paid more than 400€ and apparently I took a booking reward which now is gone because the property cancelled my reservation even though I paid I full for it. I asked them today if they canceled my reservation, they said yes because is the policy and they had to pay taxes if they didnt. I started asking questions and then I receive rude respond stating that they gave me the oportunity to change the dates! NOTE: I had to pay AGAIN full amoint to reschedule. I should have read the negative reviews and the passive agressive responses that the owner had given to the guests that had made negative reviwes before booking!

My review is for the King room with bath spa.
It's a great little apartment in a ideal location for the tower only 5 mins from the tower itself as you can see in my pics.
The apartment was tidy and clean and came with everything we needed and more importantly the bed was comfy with decent pillows for once ha ha.
Our flight arrived early and we got there about 11.30am after initially trying to get a bus from the airport as Google suggested I could but couldn't find a bus stop for the life of me so taxi for €10, but taxi fares increase in Italy depending on how much luggage you have how many people etc.
So yeah when we got there we were hoping to drop our bags off but the girl who was there said our room was ready which was great,
Beware there are 3 flights of stairs to go up to the apartment there is a lift but it's very small and I'm not sure it's wide enough for a wheelchair to fit in.
There is a local shop just through the park opposite called Pam Local which is good for small bits.
The air con works great and helped us sleep well at night,
I'm not sure but I think it was the owner who we saw on our last day but she was really helpful as we asked here (through Google translate) if she could book us a taxi to the airport as we couldn't speak any Italian and she messaged later in the day to say she had booked it although 30 mins before we needed as they were very busy so book quite early if you need one.
