Marice waited for us to check in late and explained all. Lovely breakfast. The room is very nice with a comfy king bed.

We stayed here on our last night of a Tuscany tour before flying out the following day.
The room was very spacious with nice decor. The ceiling in particular was beautiful decorated.
The bed was comfortable, reasonably firm and king size. All clean and nicely presented.
The bathroom was a long corridor of a room adjoining the bedroom with a strange peephole/vent into the stairwell. It was fine, though not enough room for two, and had a waste unit that did smell on occasion.
We stayed on a Friday night and were woken at 1am by late night drinkers etc. This went on for a while. There was also a loose manhole cover outside that was on the car route around a corner. This would echo through the room when driven over. Though neither are the hotels fault it is worth noting.
Also it’s worth noting the breakfast time is 9-10am, which might not be suitable for all.
A plus the hotel is in a great location on the edge of the main shopping streets and a 5min walk to the leaning tower.
