Very accomodating staff, we were very happy with our stay. In a great area to access the town.

Would say this the staff are very attentive to your needs and the location is good little bit difficult to park but it's okay. Very close to the train station which is a big plus. Only negative would be the noisy airconditioner. 400 year old buiding with character. Breakfast well above average.

Very comfortable and quaint hotel. Amazing location very close to train station, restaurants, leather market, and Duomo! Amazing friendliness and hospitality for all questions and parts of the stay. Delicious breakfast with tasty pastries and fresh honey and cafe. Spacious bedrooms and even better bathroom and amazing shower. Room did have AC but did not get very cool and mosquitos in room left some going away presents.

It was a great pleasure to be a guest by Marco and his team. They all where very kind and the rooms are clean and the view of our room was great. Breakfast on the room with a view to the florenz dome, so nice.
Thank you also that our bikes had a own room… best regards Ingo and Ellen.

Un hotel barato y bien ubicado. A 10 min andando del Duomo. El hotel no es gran cosa pero cumple perfectamente.

All perfect, very spacious, LUXURY bathroom, VERY CLEAN. Old and preserved with modern details, double glass window, spectacular air, very well located. The bed was very comfortable. But I can't ask.

Great location, wonderful apartment.

Superb historic hotel in a perfect location for visiting the city. Super staff, panoramic terrace with wonderful view of Florence. Top.

The beauty of the hotel is undoubted as well as the quality of the food proposed for breakfast and meals. The panoramic roof terrace is also fabulous. However, what particularly impressed me is the professionalism, competence, kindness and readiness to meet the needs of the guests, by all the staff. A must try at least once and… you will 😄 be back.

This was our nicest stay from our visit to Italy. Not too familiar with the area I went off the reviews and photos and went ahead and booked it. I loved the cleanliness and updated room so much I joked to my husband that I could live here. It felt like a little apartment! The nespresso bar was a great touch for a mid day pick me up or a quick start to the day. We loved the big open windows that opened up to see the streets below. I wish my entire 12 day Stay could be in that room.

Loved this hotel, completely renovated and very well decorated. The reception was always kind and helpful. The location is amazing and I loved my big windows on the street with a view of the church. A/C worked great and all the little details were there. This will be the hotel I will always choose and recommend when I visit Florence. Breakfast was very nice served on a sunny terrace/ roof top. 😍

Great place! Perfect location and an oasis of calm and quiet in the busy city. The rooms were small but well equipped and the staff was wonderful.
We also appreciated the courtyard for enjoying a nightcap and the stars in the sky! Would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Florence!

Loved this little spot! Wish I would have stayed here my whole visit to Florence instead of the hotel my company booked. Bathroom was new and modern, bed very comfy, all the little amenities made for a nice stay. Didn’t get to have breakfast as my cab pickup was at 4:40am. The front desk stored my luggage until the room was ready then put it in my room for me even before I returned from a day out. The reception also booked me an early taxi pickup which was perfectly on time. GREAT stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms felt abit smaller than the pictures but was definitely more than enough. Impeccable cleaning, very impressed! Nice big shower and nice tough with fresh cold bottle of water every day. Some noice sometime from the alley outside, but nothing that really bothered me, but if you are sensitive to that do bring your own earplugs.

The staff here was great. Spoke English and were extremely helpful. Rooms were VERY comfortable. Location could not be better. Stay here if you are going to Florence!

Great location and the room was well appointed and quiet. The electric shutters in our room meant that it was still dark even when the sun was setting — perfect for a good sleep. The memory foam bed was very comfy. Staff were very friendly.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing central location near Ponte Vecchio.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. The room was brand new and modern — including a rainfall showerhead. Step outside and you are in the middle of everything! Wifi was terribly slow but that is a minor issue.

Great room, amazing shower. Perfect location. Steps away from David in the square. Three stories up with an elevator so it's convenient.
