The most hospitable host we've ever met! Very kind and helpful. We have got a map with many highlighted tips that worth to visit in Florence, coffee and croissants and even a bottle of delicious Tuscan wine. Just amazing stay.

Excellent place. Very good location, easy Acxeso to the train station or tram. Room with air conditioning, clean and large and clean bathrooms. Super Pendinte host for any questions. Totally recommended.

Room simple and comfortable price is also cheap, the owner is very, very enthusiastic, provide us with a lot of tourist information, ask him questions are also very enthusiastic answer us, in the second day of our stay also sent us three people a small gift, is very good to drink two bottles of beer and a bottle of red wine, super recommended this hotel!

It's ok place, not very expensive but also not the worst)

Excellent. It seems a controversial place: some people love it, some people no. Pros: super well located, low price, cleanliness, bathroom & shower, good beds, very nice staff. Cons: no kitchen, but it wasn’t a problem for us. We stayed March 2018, very cold winter in Firenze, but the room was warm enough to have a nice rest. Highlight for the super hot shower in the coldest day in the year. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the room was perfect for our stay. Franco the host is awesome and was always available. Very nice designed apartment. 5 minutes from the centre. The weather was very hot but Franco provided us with fans to assist with the air con unit. Would recommend for a short stay. Thanks Franco.

Fantastic, authentic establishment.

I was attracted to this property by the amazing photos of the bedrooms. However the room we got wasn’t like any of these. That’s not to say it wasn’t lovely but it was a lot smaller than most of those featured and no stunning brickwork/arches etc! Aside from that it was well decorated, clean and had air con/fan. The bathroom was fine, shower not the most powerful but worked and was clean.
The location is excellent — 15 mins walk to train station and a stones throw from the Arno river.

We stayed at this wonderful property — Needless to say we were very good — very fine and refined, our room had a fresco under the ceiling and other details that make this place unique. A la carte breakfast served in the garden during the summer season, a stone's throw from the center of fantastic Florence. Very friendly and professional staff. Come back.

Awesome staff, nice modern hotel and very clean. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Our holiday was taken to another level thanks to the exceptional care we received from the professional and friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us, booking tours and restaurants as well as making useful suggestions. A big shout out to Adriano his team: Tatiana, Andre, Santiago and Antonio, who made our stay extra special. Our executive suite was exquisite and a wonderful place to return to, after all the exploring we did in the day.

We were here me and my sister for our birthday, two days at the end of February. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room and welcoming
We liked it a lot also find a kettle and a coffee maker in the room
We have been to a spa, small but with everything you need for relaxation

Nice place to stay some nights. We came to Florence by train and this B&B is really close to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) station. Daniele, the host, was really kind and helpful and gave us some tipps and instructions for the sightseeing as well as a map of Florence. We liked the simple style of the room which was cozy. The only thing you should be aware of before booking is that the two bathrooms are shared by 4/5 (? ) rooms.

Great location close to Central station. You will notice the recent renovation made by the new management with taste and style.
Simple but sophisticated furnishings at the same time.
Impeccable cleanliness, especially in the communal bathrooms!
Recommended! Good!

Great location. Good value. Only problem is that the shower temperature is really hard to control.
