Wonderful experience! Where shall I start first?! The Host Christian, great guy, being so helpful to us, making our staying even more pleasant, and advising to us hot-spot of Lucca. In addition the house it is so warm, clean, cozy, and fully equipped. Last but not least, location only 12 minutes walking distance from city center. A must do to everyone if you are looking for a place In Lucca.

I bought a gift that was packaged without even asking for the size, having expressly said that it was most likely not the right one and without getting an answer with a sense, in fact it was so, ring too small that I will definitely enlarge from another jewelry store. So over the cost of the ring I'll have to pay also to get it fixed, well so. Not at all honest in the sale that in order to earn give you what is wrong by washing your hands.
I was wrong not to leave the package there and leave, really disappointed by this experience to the attitude of the staff.
Definitely happy to say I'm never going to set foot in it again.

What an amazing place to stay. Cristian is so incredibly helpful. The rooms are perfect and the bathroom is immaculate. Highly recommended.
