Fantastic place, very kind and very competent staff will definitely come back.

We have been guests of this charming hotel-cute, comfortable with all the amenities you can imagine. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable of Lucca & all of Italy. The BEST part of our stay is the amazing breakfast they serve every morning — such a glorious selection of Italian delicacies-plenty to get you going all day. The evening aperitif is wonderful as well… the outdoor patio welcomes you to sit & reflect on the day’s activities-ask for Fabrizio-Grazie & Ciao.

Super welcome for our 40 kg dog and also for us, with aperitif offered for the beginning of our honeymoon. Very nice room with beams on sight. Central structure and with the possibility of parking. We will definitely be back.

Clean and very nice personal rooms available and bike rental service in a city like Lucca we highly recommend it.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming, the structure is clean the only "negative" note are The pillows because I found it a bit too low.

Pretty good place for an budget stay in the historic part of Lucca. Room was specious, good beds and bathroom. The room is not soundproof: you can hear people from the hall and from the street.

I have to say that this hotel is much nicer and cleaner than other 4 star hotels. In fact I wonder why I have only 2 stars? Very spacious and bright rooms. Located in the heart of Lucca. Highly recommend.

The Diana is a very nice hotel. It is basic but has everything you need for a short stay. The rooms are small but the pay off is worth it. The location is fantastic. In the south of the walls but inside the walls the streets around are littered with lovely bars and restaurants and is a perfect place to set off and see the sights. Parking is available from the hotel but it is a tight street and difficult to get through with a big car. If you are not confident with the dimensions. However the hotel staff are all happy to come out and assist if needed. The breakfast is decent but nothing to write home about. There is cheaper hotels available but this is a good balance of location and price.

Staff at all friendly, place rather loud and annoying high prices for a poor quality …

The location was accessible by car and still in town centre (around the corner and you're in the square overlooked by the Cathedral of Saint Martin). A family run establishment with clean (especially in the annex), for the right balance between cost and service.
