Nice clean hotel. Helpful staff.

Very comfortable rooms with elaborate breakfast and Nice bar, also has a small but useful fitness centre. The location also is very good just 5-7 minuets walk from the Lucca wall, the staff is co-operative,

Shows as 4star hotel, not even close! Very plane beds, teenage kids describe as cots with a bad mattrase on top. Confusion about correct room reservation through a website, major confusion about payment from the website, had to provide credit card info even though showed and provided email with confirmation of reservation AND payment made. Will not visit hotel again!

Bell Hotel. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Mattress equipment can be improved but nothing relevant.

This is my favorite place to organize meetings, meetings and even meetings one to one, the staff is extremely nice, the location is easily reachable from every corner of Lucca and also from the surrounding areas as it is located just Outside the Lucca Est exit of the A11. It has a large private car park, a restaurant and fast food just outside the hotel. Not to mention the excellent Steakhouse one minute walk away, really enviable location! The old town can be easily reached with a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk through the San Concordio neighbourhood.

Very good care, deserves the qualification you have.

We stayed there just one night. The rooms are spacious and well decorated.

Near the motorway toll booth. Cozy rooms. Low Prices.

Convenient for the location and parking inside. Cleanliness of the rooms and courtesy of the staff.
Older interiors, poor lighting (there is no light above the bathroom mirror…) and room temperature very high albeit with heating turned off.

I have spent 4 nights in the Eurostars Toscana for work and apart from the location (close to industrial polygons in the area) and the friendliness of the waitress in the cafeteria, the experience has been a bit disastrous.
Horrible sleep quality. The views of the room to a McAuto (you can hear the orders), the paper walls (soundtrack of slamming and voices) and the pillows like rocks do not help.
The room with good looks is deserved with a shower always embozada and the thermostat of the air broken/damaged (photo). To spend the night, with "grimosa" blanket that every day I took off when making the room.
Breakfast. Very average. To top it off, they made me 3 receipts when checking out for bad accounts. Good luck because the day before the Datafono didn't work.
No doubt the 4 stars are very large.

Comfortable rooms elegant place, helpful and friendly staff. Too bad for the Wi-Fi that in the rooms on the ground floor the signal does not arrive. Unimportant if you are going to vacation, problem if you are on a business trip.

Modern and very pleasant hotel at a good price. Very easy to get to by car (literally just off the motorway), but a bit too far from central Lucca for walking — it takes about 20 minutes on foot.

Visited for the conference rooms, a little dated but comfortable, friendly staff and at the height.

It's was a pauver breakfast. There was no choise about the food. Ther was no arrive at the breakfastplace. So it's not a reccement!

Very good hotel. Apart from that there's the toothbrush in the bathroom. It's not exactly a good thing.

Stayed for 1 night with 2 kids in a triple room, on the ground floor. Very nice hotel with good rooms. Comfy beds, although the double bed could be a bit bigger. Welcoming staff and good breakfast. I didn't liked the shower door and very slippery WC floor. Some coffee/tea in the room would be nice. Free parking! And right next to a McDonalds with playground. Overall a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Great hotel near the motorway, just perfect for a stopover or for those wishing to explore Lucca. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and well furnished. Breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent value.

Good quality. Very clean. The room is big enough and people are very nice. A little bit noisy cause just next the highway. Ten minutes walking from the old city centre. Une valeur sûre.
