This is an excellent choice for accommodation if you will be visiting Florence. The hotel is conveniently located only a couple of minutes walk to all major sites and attractions in Florence. The rooms are clean and a good size and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and has a good choice of food. The staff are very attentive and helpful and very professional. Highly recommend staying here.

Small and pretty hotel, elegant and with a typically Florentine character located in the center, taken care of in the details of the décor, both in the rooms and in the common parts… it allows easy access to the well-known area of Florence dedicated to tourist attractions and shopping. Excellent staff: smiling, kind and very helpful… thank you for pampering us. Definitely to be back.

Very well located, 200 m from the historic centre of Florence. In the street of commerce with more luxury shops of the place. In the hotel's basses, Gucci and Prada. Some stairs make it uncomfortable to get to the elevator. Then everything's fine. Spacious rooms, large bed, classic décor, free Wi-Fi, breakfast. For about 50 plus a suite in the attic. Fantastic. Good deal.

Firstly I would have to say that the staff and general service was excellent and the amenities were clean, neat, and in good condition. However, I had a poor night's stay at the hotel as the single bed room I was given was very small, the bed itself was a glorified chaise longue. Also, overnight the mattress slid off and I feel onto the floor. And finally, the walls are extremely thin, my neighbor was snoring loudly throughout the night and I barely got any sleep as a result. If it weren't for the otherwise pleasant and helpful staff I'd probably have knocked this back considerably more heavily.

Very nice hotel, rooms are modern and very clean. The staircase to the reception area is a bit daunting for those of us a little older, but once you get to the first landing there is a lift. Breakfast was included and very good.

This hotel is excellent! We booked a last minute over night to Florence from Bergamo and found Room Mate Isabella on the train on our way down. The room was large and had many amenities, the snacks were plentiful and reasonably priced, everything was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Then there was the breakfast — — just about everything you can imagine both American and Italian. The location is perfect, a quick walk to everything and right at the center of great shopping. Lots to see and do!

Great location, friendly and attentive staff. Our room was big enough, modern bathroom and good Wi-Fi. Breakfast, a good selection of sweet and savoury served at the week end until 12! I definitely recommend it.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Albergotto. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early due to an early arriving flight. They stored our luggage so that we could start our sight seeing. They also stored it after check out so that we could do some more sight seeing. The breakfast was very good and fresh with an array of fruit, cereal and pastries. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The stairs at the front were as expected in an European hotel, but the porter carried the luggage up so no big deal. He also took care of our bags when we were waiting for a taxi. The location of the hotel is excellent — just blocks away from most sights. I would definitely stay here again.

Really excellent in Florence. A real quality of 4 * without the side show-off about of the big hotels. Staff, breakfast and service and not forgetting the perfect tea at 5: 00. Exellent value for money.

Small room with a small problem of air conditioning/heating. Quiet area. Good reception, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast varied, for all tastes, as dirty as sugar! Hotel close to the sights. Small downside, the stairs to climb to reach the elevator that brings us to the reception, but if we wish a gentleman comes down to us to mount our luggage. In the street, luxury boutiques.
