Beautiful place, excellent location!

We reserved a room with a view, and got it. We’re on the 5th floor and have a fabulous view overlooking the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. The hotel is charming, yet with modern conveniences. The staff are professional and accommodating. The bar is small, but well stocked. The mojitos were very good. The bathroom (it has an actual bath and a flexible shower hose that we love. It’s tucked away just far enough from the crowds walking in the narrow streets to be quiet.

From the beginning when I booked our reservation the staff was very helpful. Upon arrival we were impressed with the Decour and location of the hotel. The marble continued throughout the hotel. Our large room with a king bed was overlooking the river and the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The rooms were immaculately clean, the maid staff was terrific, The breakfast was delicious, the breakfast staff were terrific getting to know us by name remembering what drinks we liked with our meals and the front desk staff were extremely helpful, arranging taxis making recommendations for restaurants. Massimo actually had balsamic vinegar delivered to us from his friends store at 11 PM the night before we were leaving! He is amazing. His restaurant recommendations were on point. Giovanni and Claudio at the bar we’re both artists at making their cocktails. I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. By far the best hotel we stayed at in the entire country! I highly recommend the Hotel Berchielli!

The Hotel Berchielli is by far the best in Florence. The entire staff is amazing with their personalized service. The rooms are clean and spacious. Extra pillows given if needed. The breakfast is delicious. The view from room is amazing. The location is perfect with the first cathedral in Florence next door to the hotel. We have toured most of central Italy and this hotel by far is the best. We will definitely return. We love the Hotel Berchielli! A 5 star hotel! ♥️

Came here on a British airways holiday, stunningly beautiful place how on earth this is only 4 star I don't know. We had the luxury of having the suite room of 601. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Breakfast was great and service amazing. Also central to everything, we stayed 8 nights altogether absolutely loved it.

Perfect location for a break in Florence, we had a very enjoyable stay here, the staff were all very friendly, especially the barman Giovanni, he made us feel very welcome, and made us laugh alot :-) Highly recommend.

And a super hotel recommend it to all cleanliness very helpful and beautiful staf and the view on the ' Arno makes them become one of the hotels that you do not get bored inside.

Stayed here for a conference outside of the Old Town. Quirky hotel with good rooms and quite a decent breakfast. Got caught out with the three pin mains plugs in the Hotel — I had been expecting the conventional European socket outlet. Hotel is located close to Ponte Del Veccio and is a great base for exploring the City.

Stayed there 4 nights… excellent place. Yes, the price is slightly on the higher side… but WELL WORTH it. Friendly, Excellent staff, great and very very clean rooms… all in all, a classy place.

Our rooms were extra spacious and with direct view of Ponte Vecchio. Tastefully decorated and clean. Breakfast ok, staff super attentive, friendly and efficient. The location is excellent. It's possible to drive up to hotel, but you need strong nerves to force your way through the swaths of tourist around Ponte Vecchio and can't trust your GPS — follow instructions on hotel's website instead. There's valet parking who also takes care of registering your car for inner zone access.

First impression was a stunning entrance that continued throughout into our room. Immaculate and tastefully decorated full of soaps and basic cosmetic needs. Free Wi-Fi free slippers and a bed turn down when you get back after dinner. Breakfast is included and what a breakfast it is! Very posh. Delicious and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend this hotel when you come to Firenze, Italy 5 star ⭐️

My husband and I just spent a week at this hotel. I cannot say enough nice things about it. The location could not be better being close to all the sights we wanted to see. The room was very clean and quiet. It included a nice breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. The staff could not have been more helpful. They confirmed many of our scheduled events, told us how to use the bus system, and gave great recommendations for things to so and places to eat. If we ever are lucky enough to travel to Florence again, we would definitely stay in this charming hotel.

The service is great! Nice rooms and everything! One problem, the Wi-Fi sucks, the Wi-Fi can't even open social media up or YouTube or the internet.

Very good location, good services. A walking distances to all interesting places for visit. Very clean hotel and rooms as well. A basic but good breakfast, with a small minus that every day nothing changed in the menu.

Fantastic location, decent price, room had an upstairs loft where the bed is which was unexpected, but also has two bathrooms which is quite nice. Had a balcony which was a nice bonus as well. Mattress was very firm which some may not like. Biggest detractor is not great entertainment amenities, and ideally would have better power plug locations. Detractors not enough to dissuade from staying again.

For a problem of logistics went twice to florence and we stayed in the middle of venice. We had to find another hotel and we came out more than well. Has to be the best florence hotel in its category. The room that we play seem to a dept of 2 hambientes, spacious is to stay little, we play a big terrace as a department chair. The breakfast is complete and what we had included. Also the location is unbeatable, only that instead of to the side of the duomo as we play before is ahi nomas of the ponte vecchio, there is a small exit on the river that is full of business on all leather. If you go by the river just before the pontevecchio, there is a excellent ice-cream parlour and a house of change; if you are on the inside there is a restaurant called toto, is so good that we ate almost every day there. The attention very good, but again for the location and comfort is the key in this hotel.

Nice hotel as close to Ponte Vecchio as you can get. Steps away from beautiful local shops and dining. Easy walking distance from all the major tourist sites.

Excellent situation, friendly helpful staff, good decor standard and amenities. Whoever said the showers were hand-held evidently didn't figure out the shower-head mount, which is adjustable to any height. Would recommend highly.

This hotel is built in good location.

Lived in Berchielli during Christmas holidays. No claims, even if not want to reproach. One view on the Arno. All the bridges, many churches, including the only one in the Baroque style. Comfortable, clean, decent Breakfast, helpful staff, proximity to all красотам. Не try to look for another in the same class.
