We have loved our stay at Palazzo dal Borgo. The staff are friendly, the beds comfortable and the rooms have plenty of space. We also found the location to be very convenient and we were able to walk everywhere.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at this hotel. It is one of the oldest buildings in Florence. I think they have done a great job to modernize it and keep its charm. Breakfast which is included and good free Wi-Fi and the air conditioning works to my American tastes, kept very cool. Just a few minute walk to everything you want to see and do in the city. Train station minutes away and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel. Nice bang for the buck.

The hotel is very well located, everything is nearby and the bus is next door. The room where I stayed was large, with a good bathroom and comfortable beds. On the other hand the Wi-Fi is horrible, and being an old palace everything looks old.

A wonderful palace converted to a hotel The rooms have seriously high ceilings and they all have a unique history to each room. Very well preseved and updated to meet the customers needs. Absolutely worth the $$and a must visit place. Close to major centers in Firenze and can walk all of Firenze in 3 hours.

Very good service and excellent breakfast.

We found it a little bit expensive, room was very big, bigger than you can imagine, it was huge sala, but you know size is not everything, toilet is not that comfortable like other hotels we booked in Italy during our vacation to Genoa, Pisa, Venice although they we cheaper, same star rating but they were much nicer. The staff is really nice and very welcoming, the breakfast is very good and chef is great. Location is very good near the train station.

It's a beautiful place if you travel for vacation. Unfortunately, traveling for business, a desk in the room might have been useful :)

Nice hotel. Interesting. The design is antique, sometimes really old). The rooms are beautiful, the beds are zanavesochkami. The ceilings are painted. Tasty great breakfast with scrambled eggs, dumplings with eggs and sausages plus a standard breakfast set of three stars. Delicious coffee. Clean, neatly. Hotel with its spirit.

We stayed in December 2017 and spent a wonderful stay! A friendly and prepared staff. Also the breakfast was to our liking. Very nice Hotel.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted at the reception very well, we were immediately explained how to move to Florence with the help of a map. Arrived in the room we had a pleasant surprise, spacious rooms and amenities worth noting. 2 cabinets for suitcases, one in a closet.
Hot rooms and big bathroom.
Breakfast very varied.
For the check out we were told that it would not be a problem to even carry it out after the appointed time and that if we stayed until the evening in Florence they would have offered to keep our luggage.
I will return to Florence again.

Quality of service. Comfort, tranquility in the very centre of Florence.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station and in a great location. The rooms were large and spacious. Our room was right next to the street and the sound prevention could have been improved but this obviously won't reflect the experience of those in the majority of other rooms. Bed and pillows were perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised. A palace converted into a hotel with comfortable and very charming rooms. Very friendly and professional staff. Correct breakfast buffet. Good location In short, highly recommended.

This is lovely hotel. The breakfast bar is delicious and filling. The room is comfy and provides a good nights rest. I slept like a brick until the thunder woke.

Great little hotel, excellent staff and location. My only complaint is that the aircon was too noisy to leave on at night and the room only had 1 usable socket nowhere near the bed side table.

Good location, close to the train station and main attractions, such as the Duomo. Room is fine, it's a 1480 palace restored to a hotel so be prepared for an old-looking corridors. Bathroom was clean, basic necessities provided, room fridge.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff are so friendly and courteous. Rooms are a little small but they are clean and warm so I'm happy with that. It is centrally located, walking distance to everything.

Delightful hotel, the frescoes on the walls make you feel in a museum, central location, perfect, from the station 5 min walk, the staff very kind.

Great location. The four stars however create expectations unfortunately not met. Furniture and equipment a little ' obsolete, lower than average breakfast for hotels in the same category.

当ホテルへの場所は到着するまで非常には分かりづらいが、一度行くと分りやすく駅からも数分で近い。また、設備も最新式で使いやすいがバスルームのガラスの仕切りが３分２しかないので湯水が飛び散るので気を使う。スタッフはイタリア人らしく明るい。 ファミリールームに宿泊。パルコニーがついていて良かった。

A nice hotel in a good location. The rooms were comfortable, but the Wi-Fi not so good. The offering for breakfast was not very good either.

Stay away, the rooms are infested with Mosquitoes. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors television and conversation as clearly as if they were in the same room. Even after notifying management of the bug problem, it was passed off as happening at another hotel or on the airplane, or that the bites were due to food allergies. This place is simply not a clean hotel and given the many options Florence has to offer I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Hotel is a sightseeing Palace from the 15 century. Is centrally located and within walking distance to all attractions in the city of Florence. Friendly service, clean and air-conditioned rooms, sufficient breakfast, nice and cosy beer garden.
