Great courteous staff. Very accommodating. Our room is amazing feels like we're in a museum. It gets real noisy at night so we asked to switch to another room they were very quick and let us see another option. The other room was too small and was not a jr suite which we paid for so we decided to stay in our room. The only other complaint I have is that they were doing construction in the hotel very early while guest are still sleeping. There was banging on our wall forcing us to wake up. I found that to be rude and unprofessional. When I told the receptionist she said the construction was on the other side. I advised her to go in the room and hear for herself. This happened the day of our checkout.

Real Italian vibe. Great location. Good service. Nice breakfast. Rooms are a good size and showers are good. Lots of artwork and antiques around. Beautiful gardens to lounge in.

Very nice Hotel tucked away in an ancient Renaissance palace in the middle of Florence just a short walk from Piazza del Duomo rooms a bit small but very quaint great breakfast and staff.

A very beautiful hotel Whit an amazing garden. The staff is friendly with you. The room's are very clean and big. However it does need some work done.

I loved this hotel It's very charming and the location was the best. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can ask if they would reserve museum tickets. There is a lovely garden where you can sit. When I visit Florence again, I would definitely come back to this hotel.

After a stay in Florence, in six months we received a fine for the fact that the price of drinks in the city centre without permission. No hotel staff even thought to warn him!

The hotel staff was very pleasant. The concierge always spoke/understood English. The hotel grounds had a very vintage old world feel and a beautiful courtyard. Not very far from the main attractions in Florence. The room itself was small, but on par with other hotels we stayed at in Italy. The bathroom was spacious and featured a Jacuzzi tub (But we didn't use it). I would definitely stay there again.

This is a breathtakingly beautiful 15th century home turned into a hotel. The room I stayed in looked like it had the original beams and it had a small cute window overlooking the streets. There is a beautiful opulence to this place, and there are tons of sitting rooms and a few courtyards with well maintained gardens. The service was amazing; you can get suggestions and book tours at the front desk and the breakfast staff is attentive and speedy. It comes with complimentary breakfast with gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options (including soy milk for coffee/tea/gluten free cereal. )

Wonderful location. Near food and drinks. Centrally located so you can walk almost yo every spot in Florence. Beautiful ground with a tasty breakfast and luxurious garden. Rooms are classy and comfy. I wish I could've stayed here longer.

Nice hotel in central location. Beautiful courtyard. Musty smell in our room and mosquitos buzzing around at night. We woke to many bites. Continental breakfast was pretty good.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel is nice, older but updated. Good breakfast. People at desk were helpful and friendly. Bed is firm, ac was not as strong as I like, but adequate.

Quite location which is surprising since we were less than 3 blocks from the Duomo. We had a beautiful room fit for royalty. We had a beautiful breakfast in the garden area and I definitely took advantage of the jet tub available in our room. Staff was very helpful and inviting.

Very nice hotel with Tuscany style and focusing in details of art, breakfast was good including the customer service, position was excellent not to far from the main attraction, suggest to organize transport before arrive if you don't have car bit far from the station, car park is hard to find due storic part, the hotel offer option to car park too but no cheap. Good place to stay.

We loved this hotel! We made a quick stop for one night on our honeymoon in Florence and chose the Monna Lisa. Regina = Amazing! She was so nice, warm and welcoming. We felt like we were at home. She even called to try to make reservations for us to see the statue of David and arranged for us to get a taxi when it was time to go. Very relaxed, very nice decor, beautiful garden area. Don't think, book now!

Soundproofing noise heater 0 (ventilation) is able to awaken any, not even in the bathroom shower curtains. About the breakfast staff never recalled. Extra star for the beauty. Tv channel 8, the rest of the sizzle. Even strange for such high estimates at tripadvizore and booking. Com. Wi-fi is expected to be bad.

Hotel splendid, has existed for centuries and it shows the very beautiful and full of statues, paintings, antiques, etc shame about the rooms not up to par. Average breakfast self service, but is eaten in a very elegant.

A real gem! Would stay here 10 times out of 10! I've stayed there twice, and wouldn't pass it up again. The rooms are beautiful and unique, and the entire property is regal, memorizing, enchanting. Where do I stop? Great breakfast, super mingling with other guests during wine-hour in the courtyard at night before venturing out for dinner. And the staff was remarkable! Soooo welcoming and friendly! It felt more like staying at a friend's palace than a normal hotel. The guy serving coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening was so funny, and great to chat with.
