Beautiful hotel with professional service right in the center of town. Highly recommended.

Central location to visit the city, courtesy, care and very good services.

Great stay here, quality service from start to finish, it goes from the staff at the reception who are very helpful to the maintenance staff of the rooms and premises.
And also the staff of the snack and breakfast service, and especially Souleyman who constantly ensures the well-being of the customers.

It was a really pleasant experience… lovely location and very kind staff.

We are deeply disappointed by how this hotel has managed its current closure and the COVID19 situation. The hotel is currently closed and cancelled our reservation charging us the full price. I understand that we paid a non-refundable rate but if you cannot offer a service it is not for us to pay for. All the other hotels that we had booked for our upcoming vacation have reimbursed/not charged us. The hotel offered us a credit for in a few months from now — we are elderly and living in a pandemic and travel will evidently still not be recommended at this time. We do not plan on ever going to this hotel in the future and now have to claim thousands of dollars from our insurance.

A lovely hotel right in the centre of Firenze. The beds are so comfortable we overslept and almost missed breakfast everyday! Within walking distance of the Cathedral and the shopping centre as well as the train station. I loved it. Best Summer ever!

A very modern well upgraded Hotel. It was very comfortable. It smelled good. The amenities were great. The breakfast was also pretty good in the morning. The hotel staff was friendly and well-informed. The air conditioner could have been better, but I am spoiled from Las Vegas and expect excellent air conditioning.

I can’t remember the name of the young lady that checked us in yesterday but she was amazing, makes a big difference to be greeted with such a big smile, the rooms are great and the hotel is right in the middle of the shopping and sightseeing areas.

Had a great stay in Florence. Very nice hotel that is conveniently located to the train station and only a 3 minute walk to the Duomo. You can walk to almost all major points of interest in 20 minutes or less. Service was exceptional and the rooms were nicely furnished. Bedding was comfortable and the buffet breakfast offered many different food options. If I am lucky enough to visit Florence again, I would stay here.

Nice hotel. Extremely well located, close to the main train station and major sights of Florence. Small rooms and not all have views (Our room was facing another building). Big bathroom with nice toiletries from Roberto Cavalli. Breakfast selection was good.

Excellent location for central Florence. Easy walking distance from the main train station and easy transfer from the airport by bus. Lovely hotel. Great service. Comfortable rooms with en suite. Nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in the immediate vicinity of the Duomo of Florence, in a very central position. The reception at the hotel was very good, with an afternoon mini-buffet. The environment is very nice and sophisticated, pleasant and elegant. Our room was very large and all the rooms were spacious. The bathroom was very large, and the shower cubicle really wide. All the room and bathroom finishes are of excellent quality. The breakfast is sufficiently varied and all the foods are of high quality; The only note is moved to the size of the room that is a little underpowered. All the staff I've been dealing with has been very kind and always satisfied with my requests.

This hotel is perfectly located, you can do everything on foot! The staff is very nice and often speaks French. Breakfast is very good also. We were traveling with our 4-month-old son, and everyone was in the small care. The bedding is top and everything is very clean.
Only small complicated point with baby: no bathtub, but an Italian shower.
Finally, all that is lacking at this hotel is a spa/relaxation area: After a day of walking in Florence, we could really use it!

Smart look, tidy lines, helpful staff especially the reception gentleman that worked in the evening on the 17th/18th Feb; the French gentleman at breakfast and the lady at breakfast although she can't converse, bless her! Yes you can afford it, you see without hesitation. It's the best in the area. Elegant and well-located. Close to everything and in the historic centre of Florence.

A five star establishment with excellent service and facilities, Hotel Cerratani is located in central Florence. Barely 200 steps from the Duomo and a quick walk from the Firenze SMN train station, this accommodation is very well located. They serve hi tea every day for all its guests from 3.30 to 6 for free. Hotel cosmetics are by Roberto Cavalli, complimentary bottled still and sparkling water, high quality bathroom slippers, plush bathrobes, super cosy bed linens are just some of the comforts here. Service is impeccable and so is the food (though expensive — 20€ for a pasta, whereas outside is about 10-15€). Early morning travel to the airport along with a wake up call is easily arranged by the reception desk. Highly recommended for a short stay nearby to everything in Florence.

I want to take opportunity to shearing my long stayed all most 5weeks at hotel. Is highly recommend and great location close to shopping and dumo. Room renovated and bed so comfortable and clean. Furthermore, reception all staff specially (Sara, Lara and tawfeeq) were helpful and very friendly and hospitality.

The location is very well for convenient to shopping and city traveling, I am thankful the employee when I lost cellphone in the lobby they keep it all day, but every one should be careful to avoid people who try to steal Wallet behind you in revolving door.

The first room was small with 2 twin beds pushed together to make a single bed — very uncomfortable! They did switch us to much better single king bed — was finally able to sleep. But the maid service was poor. I had to ask to have the room cleaned even though we had been out over 5 hours. There was never a complete set of towels. There were initially 2 bottles of free water in the room but they were never replaced (this may seem minor, but in our previous hotels, they provided 2 new bottles each day, even when we used only one). This hotel is not to the hotel chain standard. We very much enjoyed the same MGallery hotel in Venice!

Ideally placed for a tourist getaway in Florence and Tuscany. At 2 steps from the Duomo you can discover Florence on foot. The train station is just 10 minutes walk so the whole Toascane is available to you. Very clean establishment, the small chocolate attention for Easter HHHHHUUUUUMMMMM. French comfort. Perfect.

Very upscale hotel. Fantastic decor. Our room was very spacious and inviting with robes, slippers, shavers, toothbrushes, etc included. The hotel is in the center of everything. Has both make up and turn down service with a chocolate! Fantastic breakfast (with cake! ) included with the pricer packages.

Booked two rooms for my family vacation to Florence in April 2017. Hotel was lovely and the complimentary breakfast was a plus. Fantastic location with modern touches. Close to Duomo, Uffizi and the central train station. Accommodating staff who are always available to assist. Will return!

Very nice hotel, well soundproofed and super nice. The breakfast could be more varied.

The hotel is situated at an amazing location, near to a lot of shops, restaurants and attractions, including the city's train station. Staff was very professional and promptly ready for anything needed. Breakfast was incredible, with a lot of choices, the best I had ever in Europe. The street in front of the hotel is a little bit busy and noisy, but the rooms are equipped with double windows and almost no sound can get inside.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks from the Cathedral. The hotel is modern and clean and has all the expected amenities of a first rate hotel. The Wi-Fi was the fasted of our trip. More importantly, the staff was fantastic. The airline lost on of our bags in Paris and the hotel staff was RELENTLESS in tracking in down and arranging for its eventual delivery to our next hotel in Venice. They never acted as if we were imposing in our frantic requests.

Filthy carpet, mold around the tubs and the air conditioner does not work in some of the rooms. Kitchen staff is very unhelpful and bacon is raw. You can do better!

Our stay here at our hotel was the BEST! The front desk staffs were always accomodating and willing to help. The location is near EVERYWHERE! The tourist spots and the shopping district! The rooms were big and the bed comfy. The breakfast though was limited but that is ok. The 2 elevators were a bit small though. Overall this hotel is highly recommended.
