Good rooms, convenient location, restaurants and mini mart nearby. If arriving by car or motorcycle check in before 4pm, otherwise it will take a very long time to navigate the rush hours traffic!

I don't know how to qualify this place. My experience was bad for having booked an economy room. That was the excuse the concierge gave me when I requested another room.

Staff are very friendly and provide good assistance and recommendations. No lift so dragging luggage up the steep stairs can be a hassle for some. Room size was good with an additional dressing area which was great. Small bathroom No fridge or amentities. Comfortable mattress Good central location, walking distance to station and central tourist sites. Breakfast was okay. Cake lovers will be in heaven.

Really great Hotel for the price it has! Very close to the Duomo (we arrive in 5 minutes), a few steps from Piazza San Marco where all the buses stop, practically in the centre of Florence and from the window you can see the dome. The room was very small and very clean. Every morning they change towels. The Welcome kit is great and all the guys that are at the reception are really nice, they explain where to go and they also give you the map of Florence! What to say. To come back for sure!

Hotel is very central and convenient for easy access to train station, town centre, museums, restaurants and cafes. staff was helpul and friendly. room was clean and spacious on ground floor and bed was hard but confy. breakfast buffet. Was fresh with plenty of choice. all in all very good value and reccomended.

Very affordable beautiful small hotel. Very near to the train station and all the tourist spots. The free breakfast is wonderful and they even have a nice looking coffee maker using coffee machine to make free coffee for u. I recommend this lovely hotel very much.

The stay is very nice, the only drawback is the beds, that the mattresses need a change, you are stuck the lumbar in the tables, otherwise perfect, good breakfast and abundant, excellent treatment, they explain and give you in Plano of the city. Good breakfast If you change the mattresses I'll come back without thinking.

A star for good cleaning and towels, for the rest contrary to what is assigned, is worth 1 star. Deluxe room, bathroom worthy of a camping. Bidet clogged, drilling holes in the tile years 70, bathroom sink service years 70. The raw materials of the breakfast are produced by discount. A structure clearly re-adapted to a hotel structure to one star NOT three.

Old fashioned room in the 3rd floor it doesn't pair with the general aspect of the hotel. I hope you aren't very tired and ill (as I was) at your arrival to pull all your luggage up there. Wifi disconnects every few minutes while working well in other hotels. The worst thing was the f***ING noisy street, with youngsters screaming at night, vans loading heavy stuff at 5am… the old wooden windows doesn't help as well. Also could hear perfectly the neighbors talking and laughing, I could even interact with them without raise my normal voice they'd hear me as well. Breakfast was good buffet, hotel looks good and clean in the ground floor. Air conditioner was working good warming up the room, it was lil bit chilly at our arrival. Bed was comfy.

The location is perfect. Close to the main attractions. We didn't have to use any kind of transportation during our stay. The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Its decoration is very nice. The lighting in the room is nice too. We loved it! Its breakfast is varied and rich.

I stayed at the hotel Veneto, in Florence. Very comfortable point, friendly staff, good cleanliness, very excellent quality price. Breakfast buffet full of everything. We return and recommend it! Great Hotel for clients on the go and for that in my opinion is among the top: clean and comfortable rooms, check-in and out fast without frills, free Wi-Fi, breakfast choice between buffet or fast, small, outdoor or indoor parking and restaurant for those who no longer want To move after making miles.

Room 205 tip: 30 cm sink in an angle of the room, toilet that you have to use with sliding door open, no closet. Spotted towel. 3-star hotel. All for the modest figure of 75 euros: a closet with bed.

What I like most about this hotel are its mega breakfasts for as much as 8 euros. Super complete and exquisite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is good! To improve: The bathroom have to do everything again, it is very small. I didn't go in the shower!

Located by the old market within the old center of Florence, Hotel Veneto offers comfortable and attractive rooms, a fun yet professional staff, a surprisingly delicious "continental breakfast", for lack of a better term, which included a plethora of Italian pastries, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, and a full service café for all of your espresso and cappucino needs. I never left the hotel hungry or diaappointed in the mornings. Blew the socks off of my airBnB with its comfort, price, and ease of access to all the essential monuments and markets of Florence.

The worst hotel room I have ever sleep. (A foot stamp on the wall!?!?, hair at towels) AND they gave us a diferent room than they shown on Booking. For sure overpriced. Dont get fooled by the reception. The building have no stairs and you must climp the 2-3 floors with the baggage. The staff is very nice.

It is a very cheap considering the excellent location a few blocks from the Duomo, the room was clean although it was very small. The service in restaurant is bad, don't serve fast but in the reception very friendly.

Well… it's okay for a night I guess. — AC was leaking — Room and bathroom are ridiculously small (but that's okay) — lights are mostly of cold white which I hate — internet is working poorly — sheets and bed were nice.

Terrible experience. Totally different from the picture on Agoda. What's satisfying is just the manager. He is very friendly.

APU if he beats the bottles and the money.
