Great property, in a very central location, next to all the historical landmarks. Spectacular triple room, practically an apartment, very nice welcome, in short… To repeat!

I can only say good things about the hotel. It has an excellent location, just 6 minutes walk from the Duomo. It also has many supermarkets near the area.

The service of the hotel is impeccable. We were treated quickly and efficiently at all times.

The room although small was more than enough for 2 people. The only thing that was missed was a bathtub, but removing that whim, it had all kinds of amenities.

The breakfast, unlike other hotels I have been to, was quite varied, plentiful and rich.

Hotel Art Atelier is located close to the train station and in walking distance to most of the attractions in Florence. The rooms were clean, tidy, and in my opinion represents great value for what I paid for my stay in Florence. The service staff were fantastic and accommodating. I would definitely stay with Hotel Art Atelier next time I'm in Florence.

I am here for my honeymoon and the hotel is very beautiful. Our room is clean and the breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful old building excellent breakfast lovely staff. But you need to be fit we were at the top of the building and there’s no lift.

Staff was friendly. Room was a bit warmer than we liked but I think that is an Italy thing — we experienced it at multiple hotels. Location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast compared to a typical Otalian breakfast, very substantial. Beds are very comfortable. Bery quiet rooms. We had a change in plans and had to book an extra night which they we very helpful with. Highly recommend.

Located in the center, Nice and cozy environment, clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. Only bad cost expensive parking lot.

A nice and pleasant hotel. The staff is very polite and professional, breakfast with wide choice. The rooms are cozy and well finished, cleanliness really impeccable. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

This is a nice hotel. Q Sorry I did not get the room Q I had paid, but a lower level. The sound of the surroundings seeped into the room as well as the sounds of the bathroom in the adjoining room. The worst was q in my room had no Wi-Fi, we had q leave the room P have free internet. The weather in the room was not working. Now I'm trying to get me back the money Q pay for the room upgrade Q never enjoy. The breakfast is very good and the location is very nice (5 min walk from the train station)

Amazing place minutes away from the SMN station. Few minutes walk to city center. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff is amazing!

Located very close to the train station and major tourist sites with excellent staff. Francesco, the manager, was a star and always went above and beyond to accommodate us well. The hotel has a lovely library (with a piano), a private terrace and spacious rooms. Very comfortable, we will definitely try to stay here again when returning to Florence.

For price, location, service and decor this place is simply, the best!

Wonderful help at the front desk checking in telling us about the most important places to see. The young man was sweet and also helped us book our next morning hiking trip. The 5 stars are because of this helpful young man along with the wonderful foam beds and feather pillows.

Beautiful hotel, we stay in very romantic room, access to the bathroom thru 6 steps in higher level. Superb. The warm welcome and the hospitality give to the guest a friendly atmosphere very important when someone is far from home. Easy to reach every place downtown. Thanks.
