Hotel is quite OK for 2-3 days' stay. We were a family staying in 4-bed room. Good points: — very friendly and reactive personnel, speaking very good English — very close (150 m) to the recently open tram line (T1, air-conditioned) going right to the center (Firenze Santa Maria Novella main railway station) — 18 min journey for 1, 50 € per person (with 90 min ticket) — free parking on the hotel premises (saves you at least 20 € per day) — no problem getting a free spot — good breakfast included in the price — well kept and clean room and bathroom (no problem with towels, toilet paper or soap) — they accept dogs at 5€ per day Bad points: — air-conditioning of very old type, manual (no temperature setting) and noisy (anyway working and cooling) — room and bathroom could be a bit bigger — very old, no style and ugly furniture in the room Overall good experience — not quite the standard, but parking + breakfast + good access to the center of Florence are really worth a lot.

I only stopped one night… The staff were not very friendly but not even rude… The rooms were nice big and clean However the bathroom was a tad tight but all in all good, breakfast was plentiful but not so much quality, stop one night okay but no more than this.

Good location close to the hospitals, decent rooms, breakfast could be better.

Clean and friendly. Referred to as the point of departure for your excursions in Florence. Please note the parking, even if not guarded. Free Wifi, I don't know how to go given that I have not tried. Italian breakfast and continental.

Sufficient Hotel. Clean. Very basic furniture. Some furniture seems to have come out of do-it-yourself transmissions. Walls not really in perfect condition. But if you just have to sleep, it's OK.

Exclusive hotel for support hospital Careggio. I contacted the hotel and set a disregarded price at the time of paying. Triple room not clean and uninviting, bathroom not functional sanitary drains clogged. Not recommendable.

If you are a lover of old vintage you are in the right place. The hotel is dated, contemporary mattresses, furnishings and bathroom idem. The TV is a small 14 inch screen that does not take a channel. The ceiling lights on the bed are those of the terraces. Very very basic. In the room only one socket in the position away from the bed. Too bad there is no way to be able to find a fast and frugal meal in the evening without having to leave the property. Two stars just because they have parking that here is a great thing, courteous staff and for the great fortune to be very close to the hospitals of Careggio and Meyer. Ps: If you weigh more than 100 kh you will have trouble getting out of bed that will engulf you. And if you exceed the 1, 85 cm you will get your feet out. And don't laugh.

Totally abandoned structure. My single room had a terrible smell of sewage while being on a high floor. You can be Spartans without going down so much level. The only positive note the proximity to the Careggi and the internal parking.

Close to Rifredi train station, clean room, nice personnel and not expensive.

The place is average. The breakfast is very good, the room not so much. Seems a bit old, specially the bathroom. But I got it cheap and I left with a feeling that it definitely worth it.

The staff was very helpful For the rest the room is perfectly tidy and clean. Adequate price for the accommodation.

We were there. A room that I came itching from the dust. You can hear everything from the other rooms. Wi-Fi did not work and was given the explanation that they do not know and have to call to the phone manager… a great ca…! In short 70 euros thrown away.

Good price but far from the city center. The city was in constructions for new train lines, so the traffic is awful… avoid use any type of transport, better way is walk around the city. If you decide to stay in this hotel be in mind that return for the hotel in the middle of the day could be not an option. The hotel is a little old and Wi-Fi doesn't works in the rooms. Beside this very comfortable bed, good air condition and breakfast.

Small room, old fashion, the wall so thinly, then the neighbour cell ringing just like your cell ringing. Breakfast so bad, just brioche and some bread.

Near Careggi Hospital, clean but old rooms, decent breakfast, kind and helpful operators.

So so … it's good if you don't mind being a bit far from the centrum. The distance from the closest train station to the hotel is quite much but the bus station is right in front of the hotel. The free breakfast was good. Thank you! Also our room's walls were thin! We could easily hear the conversation going on in the room beside us.

Good location and proximity to public transportation. Friendly staff. Could really be a three star hotel with a small restayling.

If there were no hospitals in that area, would have already closed for years.

Perfect for a quick trip to Florence. Very close to the bus stop which takes you directly into the city. Practically next door to the hotel is a great restaurant. Every morning the breakfast is very generous, sweet and salty. Low price.

Our family thought we would have great holidays in this beautiful town. But the hotel was so disgusting that my holidays gone terrible. If you go there you will get nightmares because of the service and the room.
In our room were ants on the roof in the bath. The bedroom looks like a cemetery and the window was open because of the smell!
We went to the serviceman and we talked about this crap. He says that he doesn't know it, but I don't trust him.
The furniture was broken and smells like shit. And the breakfast was small with little breads and awful tea.
Don't go to this fucking place. 3 star hotel? No. This is a jail!

We arrived at the Hotel corolle, and they were still not bad if you disregard that the building looks like a barracks from the 19th century. Jahrhundt. As we walked in there was a lobby with several sofas and we checked in. As we go up with a nearly broken Elevator went, we were nasty and musty stench overwhelmed and the room one of us was crying. The walls were smelly, dirty, full of mold and the ceiling and full of cracks 3 beds from looked like coffins to the cemetery and they were full of stains and full of dust. If you go to the bed fässt, it flies away as if it were air, and even worse, all the furniture was dirty and broken. The bathroom was full of ants a giant road. Sure, we complained and a staff member told us he knew nothing and he would never in the rooms. The fact that he gave us 6 rooms to swap these rooms were just as broken if not worse, the Breakfast was old so the bread and totally ecklig. Remember that you never go because it is a horror hotel dirt and the last dirt.

We stayed at hotel corolle and enjoyed the stay, very clean and friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, great parking and convenient bus to get downtown. Ideal for those who do not have too many needs.

Hotel appearance looked better.
Carpeted corridors filled with dust that gave off a smell of old. Room with very uncomfortable beds with pillows and mattresses never seen non-existent so much that were thin.
The bathroom was clean but I have to say that almost no one could move in, the fact that there was a bath almost underneath the sink.
Besides the breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel of 3 stars. The coffee prepared by a coffee machine espresso on offer at a shopping mall.
Friendly staff but the price is too expensive for what it offers. Only positive is the parking for the car and its proximity to the AOUC di Careggi (about 2-3 min) for those who must stay for medical reasons of a relative.
P. S. I left here for a 2 star hotel with Wi-Fi and pay per view, new rooms and car parking at 10 min walk from the same complex of Careggi.

Infested with mosquitoes. The food is not bad, but the service … waiter mad at everyone and everything, almost rude, "quite" decent but: leaking shower in some rooms there are cracks on the walls … Positive note the night Porter, that at least he was nice …
