Ok 3 stars, but at least to find 2 bottles of water and the air conditioner that works would have been the minimum to have a minimum of comfort… Mah! I regret choosing it even if for one night. I wouldn't go back, maybe someone who could opt between air conditioner noise that cools little or suffer from heat, could have chosen to stay there, we don't have all the same tastes and needs. Maybe there is also a market for these types of solutions. Who can say! Imagine that you need a support room to rest and not have to leave Rome too early, and then have to spend the night in white. I can't give more than one star. Another thing to say, reading the other reviews, but really finding clean towels and sheets is to be considered a note of merit? Is it not normal? I just missed not finding them.

Great hotel. Located practically in the center of Livorno, you are immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms, not of the latest generation but overall nice. Bathroom with very clean shower. Price not very cheap, but the Hotel is worth all the money spent. Recommended!

Steep stairwell, small and dated lift. Clean and tidy Room and bathroom.

Nice hotel, impeccable service… a disappointment is on the heating with Cdz not in perfect condition and in the colder week of the year it was fine only under the blankets.

Downtown area. Garage a few meters from the hotel, for a fee. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Good breakfast. Professional and polite staff.

Good location within Livorno town rooms are small but adequate hall ways and rooms are very darkly lit.

The structure is in fair condition at little 9:00 little ventilated bathroom lift in the morning it was not possible to have breakfast, but I was directed to a bar in the area. No way!
