Good hotel near the beach. Large, clean bathrooms oblige at least 4 stars to review the property. All deserved except for the operation of transport.

I felt good, having also had a problem with the booking, it was resolved immediately and without problems. Clean and well-stocked rooms of everything, good and hearty breakfast. I recommend it.

Family room at streetside second floor from saturday 4 to sunday 5 of august 2018. Airco not functioning, very strong odor in bathroom. Have foto's to confirm.

Very nice staff, quiet and clean environment. A short walk from the sea, connected very well with other beaches and with the rest of the city by bus. For those who like to walk it is also feasible on foot. Local areas around where you can drink, eat and do aperitifs. I recommend it, especially to those who want to spend a few days relaxing, out of the chaos of the city.

Beautiful hotel located on the seafront of Livorno offering comfortable, spacious and clean rooms at even low prices! The property is well furnished and cared for and also the staff is very nice and friendly!

Well-cleaned and friendly hotel, parking facilities on the sea.

The hotel is very nice and it is a 3 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast with lots of food. Rooms are large, clean and with nice views.

Right in front of the Naval Academy and very close to the sports facilities, the sea and the promenade. Elegant Hotel of Liberty look like the other nearby villas. Well served by buses to and from the city centre and Fs station (including AeB evening lines)

A beautiful Liberty style villa held well. Friendly and professional staff. Parking inside a little cramped. Immaculate room. The only flaw is that I felt a slight smell of smoke in my room. Unfortunately I am a former smoker and I feel it miles away.

Ideal for transit. Not recommended for a longer stay. The rooms are clean. The hotel has no kitchen, everything is done at the bar, breakfast is also prepared there.

The hotel is very well organise. The staff is always really available and they help you during your stay.

I booked by mentioning 2 people and 1 dog when I arrived I was assigned room 25 and in view of my dog it changed me by giving me the 1 in the basement and in addition charged 15 euros for the dog.

A very cozy hotel with a great location, facing the sea. We arived there with no reservation, the reception was excellent.

As I prepare to describe my own experience along with my wife, I have a feeling that what I am about to express may be somewhat of an understatement, so I'll just say a few words, thanks to all of you because with your sympathy, spontaneity and courtesy you did feel at home. A special greeting to Maximilian and the whole theam of wonderful hotel Gennarino. At the next opportunity, fondly Michele and Francesca.

So, pre-story: we were traveling by car from Rome to Pisa (a weekend trip), when we understood tht we r too tired to do 100 km more we started searching the closest "north" hotel, especially cuz we were out of battery on the phone (which we used as navigator). So we chose this hotel cuz it had the average price (~100€ per night), two closest other were 63€ and 150€. Pluses: — very good looking from the street — very cute breakfast room But hello! You don't sleep in front of the hotel or in dining room! Minuses: — No first aid kit, I had a headache, we arrived late night (around 22), the didn't have even any pain killers! (So we had to drive around the town to find smth working) — NO HOT WATER! Incredible! I know in Italy there is no centralized heating system, but at least in hotels I expect to receive hot water more than ten minutes! But they don't have even this! Water was just a little bit warm, and to start it we had to wait 10-15 minutes -very old strange hair dryer — they don't have enough parking (having about 20 rooms), so when we got back from pharmacy our car stayed on the street and my bf was nervous of receiving a ticket — mattress is shorter than a bed!

The hotel is lovely both externally and internally. I was given a room cozy and clean. The breakfast was very good. The only flaw is the poor Concierge service.

Legendary Claudio, will welcome you to this beautiful detached House well maintained and furnished, view of the Naval Academy, it feels almost as a family, take some advice where to eat. The guess all.
