Superb Winery! Very professional staff and a beautiful in-house restaurant. The wine-tour is a must, and the only thing I would caution against is taking the mountain bikes out for a “scenic” cycle. The estate is surrounded by some “unblazed routes” that are for athletes only.
Loved the winetour. Clear metafores and examples of how the wine is made. Tasting afterwards is good. You taste different wines, preferred to clean the glasses after usage of different wines.

Great hotel. Clean and big rooms. Personal touch, the staff was very polite. The manager came in the morning asking how we slept (he asked this at every table) Great wine. The restaurant was great. But one little complaint about the restaurant: we had a six course diner. And it went a bit to fast after one and another. We said they had to wait between the courses, if we didn't have said that, we would have finished a six course diner in less than 1.5 h. But a great experience overall. Be sure to bring walking boots, Dievole has a magnificent walking/ mtb trail.
