Absolutely avoid.
Super expensive place compared to the quality of the services offered. Be wary of the site. It seems like everything it isn't. Breakfast scam. On the menu it says that many things are homemade, desserts and jams. In reality they are all industrial and similar to those purchased in the worst discount stores. In fact, perhaps there is only coffee in the house. Those who don't drink milk are left without a hot drink as there is no alternative. The centrifuge extract is N. A. S. Wet rooms.
Only the one on the upper floor was saved which was given to us in exchange for the standard one purchased as the sheets of the latter were wet from the humidity.
Rude, rude and rude staff.
Stolen money. Location far from everything. Poorly lit. Non-existent common spaces. The only nice thing is the swimming pool.
Go elsewhere if you can.
➜ Perfect location to go to the sea or into the middle of the Maremma. Very kind and attentive hosts — especially Mauro's mother. Thanks for the extra cafe before breakfast. Very nice, well-kept complex with a large pool. Very relaxing — with a great night's sleep!

We ate at Macchiabuia restaurant and it was just amazing. The restaurant is in a glasshouse located next to the vineyards and olive trees. The service was very good and the food was excellent, it is real tuscan food cooked perfectly. We also taste their wine and was excellent!
