I have spent here two nights during a short break in Tuscany. I found the hotel absolutely amazing. The ensuite room was good size and clean. The bathroom as well comfortable size and absolutely clean. The staff very friendly ans sociable. There is also a fab terrace on the top with a beautiful view of Arezzo. A nice spot quite and relaxing.

the kindness of the staff, and the quality of the hotel itself, though not. Brand new, for me it embodies that professional and competent Italian welcome that you can always be proud of.

The location is great. The hotel is old, but clean. The view from the terrace is just a chic, video panorama of the city. The staff are friendly. The coffee is delicious.

Very clean and pleasant hotel in the city center of Arezzo. It is only a 3 minute walk to the train station.

The rooms are well groomed and well cleaned. The service is excellent, only 45 minutes before my arrival I requested 13 red roses in the room which punctually have karate taken and put in the room. The location of the hotel is strategic because in the center. Only negative but it does not allow me to give 4 stars is the fact that the hotel is deprived of its own parking. They have a convention if so you can say with a garage site behind the hotel which however has prices in my opinion excessive as despite the Convention so said with the hotel charges €15 per day parking the car and what's more is not open H24 But closes Saturday night at 20:30 and reopens at 6:00 on Sundays and then closes at 12:00 and reopen at 17:00. So if you happen to be there in the weekend you have to trouble to find a paid parking on the blue stripes if you want to pass and Saturday night out.

Good hotel rooms well appointed and functional. Central location parking a few meters agreement.

Great Hotel Central Staff Friendly Staff Advice at All.

For a four star expects better bad breakfast staff grumpy expensive as convenient prices because in Nice center the rooftop terrace.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is sumptuous and you can do it until 11am. Central and convenient location, perfect for those arriving by train and want to walk around.

In pristine order must see /vist/stay ECT have friends staying there — tops truly art deco.

We booked this hotel this weekend at the Christmas markets. The room is nice, spacious, clean and warm. The staff at the height, the Lady of the breakfast room in the morning nice, polite helpful. Full breakfast both in variety and quality. Outrageous the parking lot to be paid in hotel of 14.00 Euro per day.

The Hotel was very nice and the room was very clean. Go to the sixth floor to take a look at the terrace because it is absolutely superior. Sore notes: Uncomfortable bed, rooms not very soundproof.

It was a very good Hotel. Only flaw was L wait to get into the room at check in. With the fact that check in and check out is done at the same time the waitresses find themselves cleaning all the rooms together and of course for the 12 they are never ready. Ps: Christmas markets to see… like the city, very beautiful!

Prestigious Hotel but quite ' dated '. Carpet in the room and hairdryer rumorisissimo and if the neighbor takes a shower at midnight as happened to me, you wake up with a start. The staff quite courteous. International Discreet breakfast. Near the station.

It was almost perfect. Just lacking on provided amenities such as toothbrush, tooth paste, slipper, lotion & conditioner and service water is not free. Those mentioned items were usually available as basic amenities in most of hotels I have visited.

I enjoyed my stay here very much as it’s very local to the sight seeing and the view from the rooftop is just superb.

Luxury hotels. Located in an excellent location. Convenient parking to leave luggage and underground parking contracted… A cosy room and terrace on the sixth floor from which you can admire the whole view of Arezzo… courteous and helpful. Great hotel in perfect location, 200m from the train station, close to supermarket, restaurants and local shops and sites. Very friendly and efficient staff, excellent breakfast options, rooms are very clean with plenty of amenities. Roof top terrace has spectacular views over Arezzo and surrounding countryside.

Excellent location. Professional service. Perhaps a little dated in decor but I liked it. Recommend for an Arezzo stay.

Elegant and well kept. The staff was very helpful Central location but parking problems.

Honestly for a 4 star I was expecting something more. Nice Reception but both hallways and rooms are full of carpet. The bathrooms are minimal and cold in the furnishings. Great location and staff If it had been a 3 star would have had a better rating.

Nice central location, great value for money. Maybe time to loose the 70's plastic flowers and upgrade the breakfast room. Opening the layers and layers of curtains to let natural light in, would make a huge difference. Will return.

Great hotel with an awesome view from the rooftop lounge. Loved the room! Only issue was spotty Wi-Fi.

Very good Hotel, only Bath Room is small.

Beautiful hotel but the room I had was a single poor person occupancy.

The beauty of the Suite is truly unique.
