Beautiful pictures on the internet, but do not fit into reality…
Since there is quite a lot to write, I will categorize the rating into categories that everyone can read for themselves according to personal weighting.
First of all the positive: breakfast and dinner. The food in general was always tasty and more than adequate, there was nothing to complain about, also the staff here was very friendly. For breakfast you could choose from 2-3 menus to have dinner.
Only the cooking of eggs has unfortunately not yet been learned.
Negatives: Wellness Area: The room with the large swimming pool was during our visit, in the beginning of May, under renovation. The water was cold and construction workers brought gypsum board plates.
The steam sauna was without function and also cold, also the small fountain with males, which can be seen in a picture, there is no more. At this point, only lines are visible from the wall.
Fitness area: is completely out of place and was sought by many hotel guests. At this point there are now 3 more rooms.
Room: The first room was in no way pleasant. The Trash can in the bathroom was filthy, the electric soap dispenser did not go, the entrance door was jammed, the closet was broken, the light in the hallway did not go and a chair on the terrace (which is shared with other rooms without distinction) was a wooden strip broken and Two more were already missing completely.

Great location above the resort with very nice views, breakfast good, who would like to book dinner Daily on site, selection of 3 suggested dishes.

All in all nice Hotel but at the reception I think the man who greeted us is not the best of courtesy and patience…

Very nice hotel with S. P. A Bar and restaurant inside the prices are quite good, I recommend to book first in the summer month because it is almost always full. In Winter there is more chance to find a place, even with snow the roads are always well cleaned.

Room and bathroom are OK. Food was not outstanding and Spartan. Terrace was awful. Everything's broken. Bar was not occupied if you wanted to drink something. Swimming pool OK. Unfortunately only 2 stars for us.

Friendly Hotel, good food, and helpful staff in pleasing the various requests only personal flaw with a poor knowledge of the Italian language considering that we are still in Italy (at least geographically) except for some exceptions, but with A little patience and gestures you understand.

Nice, chilly, good place for family…

Nice large room with beautiful view and rain shower. Large and good breakfast in a room with also a very nice view. Wi-Fi available for a small price. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful all around, clean, courtesy and kindness, availability by the owner of the hotel, relieved to have stayed there.

The best price/perfomance ever! We love this nice place and visit every year. Reccomend!
