Beautiful pictures on the internet, but do not fit into reality…
Since there is quite a lot to write, I will categorize the rating into categories that everyone can read for themselves according to personal weighting.
First of all the positive: breakfast and dinner. The food in general was always tasty and more than adequate, there was nothing to complain about, also the staff here was very friendly. For breakfast you could choose from 2-3 menus to have dinner.
Only the cooking of eggs has unfortunately not yet been learned.
Negatives: Wellness Area: The room with the large swimming pool was during our visit, in the beginning of May, under renovation. The water was cold and construction workers brought gypsum board plates.
The steam sauna was without function and also cold, also the small fountain with males, which can be seen in a picture, there is no more. At this point, only lines are visible from the wall.
Fitness area: is completely out of place and was sought by many hotel guests. At this point there are now 3 more rooms.
Room: The first room was in no way pleasant. The Trash can in the bathroom was filthy, the electric soap dispenser did not go, the entrance door was jammed, the closet was broken, the light in the hallway did not go and a chair on the terrace (which is shared with other rooms without distinction) was a wooden strip broken and Two more were already missing completely.
— — so from back to reception reception/reception: The son of the hotel owner was to be found here. Always moody and quickly annoyed with the answer: "We can't know everything. "
We were given the key for another room to make friends with, even if there were bottles and rubbish from previous guests under the beds.
So leave old keys and receive hotel info… but one question turned out again: WLAN/Internet: I am used to it after many missions and assembly operations, that every pension has free Wi-Fi and many cheap hotels at least one Internet access in the room… what is not found on the website, one "may" pay here for the WLAN.
Since at the time of our stay (and certainly before and after that also) fluctuated strongly we got it reluctantly free, …! But only one access per room! After I logged in, it was no longer possible for my girlfriend, so again to the reception and grudgingly to get a second access. Our room was reasonably priced and we got the relatively stable WLAN of the lobby.
In the rest of the hotel the bars were quickly removed and we were asked by other guests if we had internet because they obviously didn't have it.
All in all, despite the reasonable price, this hotel is not worth a recommendation and we will not make another booking here.
