It is not a classic hotel with any people working there, but I would dare a perfect mechanism that works not to bring home the salary, but to make customers happy!
Very nice staff
Kitchen, in 3 evenings I could not find any dish that I did not like (unfortunately for me) or that however it was done in some way judging. Right portions you get very satiated.
Wide choice of wines and also super breakfasts! Beautiful spa with indoor pool, large sauna and beautiful relaxation area with panoramic view.
Well, the landscape?! Discover for yourself why there are no words to describe it!

All perfect. The style can be perceived by the photos that can not express the availability of all the staff. Courtesy, smile, attention. Always fast in satisfying our demands. Excellent restaurant. Impeccable service.

A very pleasant stay… The Fischer family was very kind… Clean rooms, great food, and Gerard's unique company with his nice stories… The sauna and the relaxation area is at the top… Right X a couple. Too bad there's no direct access to the snow after the sauna… Great location for the slopes. I walked away reluctantly…

I had a great stay with my partner in this hotel that from above offers a wonderful view of the valley below.
Clean and comfortable rooms, a high-class dinner with five courses cooked with care and excellent raw materials.
Although the German/Austrian rigidity is sometimes evident, the staff are very sympathetic and undoubtedly very well prepared.
The swimming pool, the sauna, the relaxation area and all the spa areas are comfortable, clean and well cared for.
I will definitely stay here again.

Disappointed, since with booking I paid more than a regular hotel room. Although there had been written better offer. In Italian we understand very little… restaurant good and kind but the standard rooms are really disgusting! Old men with carpet on the floor, bathroom blind. Pessimome!

I have just stayed for a week at this Hotel. Great facility in a great location, cleanliness and staff at Doc, food… great what to say. Oddly I did not find any flaws, I will definitely return.

Service and friendliness. Great food both dinner and breakfast. Spacious rooms and cleaning top. Quiet location A few minutes from Bressanone and close to most excursions.

I stayed for three days at this hotel and I could feel the love with which it is handled, I'm an observer to nature and even the smallest details are not escaped you my eyes, everything is clean, by stairwells, the bathrooms, the rooms, the tables are nicely laid out and flowers to decorate the centerpiece always fresh, I liked the location slightly out of the Centre of Brixen and then great to rest at night, view from wasting your breath with surprises ready Inbox as those to see cows and horses grazing or small Swallows "caress" the pool water for drinking and then resume the flight. Pure air that for so long I couldn't breathe; Breakfast available and in my case, perfect dinner, smiling friendly staff apart.

An absolute dream, heaven on earth! So much human warmth and heat, a great environment, here is one would like a guest and still gets to go back! The food is amazing, we look forward every day to the Surprise of the evening! Also, our Kids are here to welcome guests and are just happy to be back! The great outdoor swimming pool and the mega beautiful Spa will leave no desire unfulfilled! The great activities can mountain bike riders, hikers and lovers just smile! One thing we can promise, we make our promise and come back again! All the best and much success!

For those who love tranquillity without losing the services of a hotel 3s.
You can enjoy a splendid view of Bressanone, just 5 km from the city centre, 600 m there is the bus stop that goes to the Center or to the Plose Valley cabin.
Definitely the strong point is the restaurant (they're doing very well even when it lacks the brilliant chef owner), one of the best places to eat around Brixen.
Highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn more about the area of Bressanone and the Eisack Valley, thanks to the Brixen Card included in the price. The staff is always helpful and kind to everyone, only flaw perhaps is that some (not all) would benefit a small renovation, cleaning and hygiene are always guaranteed.
