Service, quality of food and the ambience in the restaurant are disproportionate to the prices. Never again!

We are standing here at the associated campsite. Super well maintained, beautiful. Amazing pool and the most beautiful sanitary facilities we have ever seen!

Very nice… clean… excellent service staff very friendly and helpful. We came for the Christmas markets of Bressanone. The shuttle is free with the Brixen Card issued by the camping.

Super recommended, the second year in a row that we are in the motorhome, top services staff, the room is available, catering excellent. In a few words, nothing is missing.

Comfort, friendliness, excellent cuisine, real good value for money.

Ate here twice during my stay in Brixen. I enjoyed a lot the sweets selection and the appetizer mixed plate. Other courses were good indeed, made with a lot care and it shows, but way too salty. Pizza was also good, they have many special combinations and the dough was very digestible. Not one of the best pizzas I've had, though. Location is super and staff very kind and ready to accommodate your needs.

I rate the campsite not the hotel, I was 5 days with caravans and children. I expected a campsite not a parking lot: all the pitches are front hotel and/or neighboring offices, the only services were obtained in the basement of the hotel, space usually used as warehouses therefore totally devoid of poor natural light even a few showers and poor water pressure. Yes, there's a swimming pool. Shared with hotel guests. Modest in size. The number of pitches is small. Just the size of a hotel parking lot! There is no praivacy; total absence of water supply and discharge in the pitch. Overall I recommend it to those who have to stop a few nights type camping area. A very important note: easily accessible, well connected to commercial areas and tourist attractions for trips and excursions; present and professional :)

The campsite is small but not bad and the pool with heated water is very pleasant. However it is not close to the city center and you have to take the bus which still has the stop in front of the campsite and transits every 30 minutes. The supermarket is outside the campsite but very close.

We stayed at the campsite not at the hotel. Lovely small campsite. Great Location with Bus Stops in Front Office the hotel. 10 mins ride to Brixen downtown. Reception could be more friendly and welcoming. But as we were early for Check in, the Person allowed us to take the available spot earlier. The mens showers and Toilettes are in old conditions and need to be refurbished asap. They are fihlty and not 4-Star Level clean.

The campsite is small but very well organized. Facilities are great and clean. It has the pool with solarium included in the price. Also included in the price is the Brixencard, which allows you to use the buses, the Plose gondola, some guided tours and much more. The pitches are wide and well-delimited. I did not give the fifth star because the emptiness was put under a canopy (so inaccessible), it is not suitable for disabled people and there is no recycling.

Is a very nice hotel, has a good intrior and has amazing food.

A nice hotel just a few minutes from the center of Bressanone. Rooms are clean and spacious albeit a bit old style. Continental Breakfast is good and plentiful. The hotel also offers several facilities as sauna, indoor pool, kids indoor playground.

Very Luxury But The dishes are very small you come out with hunger, high quality anyway.

We have been there several times, we stayed in the camping Lowenhof, hot baths clean and quiet place, bus that stop in front of the hotel, bus cable car and train free thanks to the Vrixen cardvrilasciata from the hotel. Hot pool to relax, great pizza… what to say. Will be back no doubt.

The staff was very friendly, the food good and the overnight stay pleasant. What more could you want?

The restaurant appears slightly gloomy from the outside, however, this creates a cosy ambience. A Mododerne and well designed Speißekarte with a wide selection. The staff met someone very friendly.

Good place to relax and to get to the different ski areas. 4 star Hôtel, but with still some details on which can be worked: performance WLAN, attention of service in the restaurant infrastructure bathroom, Workbench in the ski cellar provide beds could be wider, but in Italy this is the case.

Narrow card and expensive prices. It wasn't worth the money. Black Burger has been reported for a long time. Loveless expensive children's menus. It just wasn't good.

Hotel with all comforts, quiet location 3 min. From the centre of Bressanone. Ample outdoor parking and also wishing to basement. Lobby with rustic atmosphere and bar.

I have used the camper area these days Full of ice. They do Not shovel snow and throw salt. It Is difficult to even walk. Some have mounted the chains to park.
In addition there is a dump where there are services, behind the campers, broken furniture, Carrine…
Advantage is the Brixen card and its proximity to the center.

Great location, just a few miles from the A22 tollbooth. Friendly and warm atmosphere. Spacious and functional rooms. Great bed. The Breakfast Buffet is EXCELLENT. The staff was very helpful

Overall, a very pleasant stay while on business. Meeting.

Visited as a campsite located behind the hotel we found ourselves very well with amenities up to the name of the hotel. We have also seen that some of the staff are not very courteous. But in any case the visit was positive. Note that the Brixencard (paper x public transport) is very useful for travel and is included in the price of the hotel. We didn't try the Spa so I can't judge.

I took advantage of the campground located at the back of the hotel. Pitches of various sizes. Some little Shading. Decent toilets. Good laundry with the possibility of washing and machine to wringing The cloths. Fantastic swimming pool with hot water open from morning to evening. To try.

About the hotel we can not report anything, but about the excellent parking place of hotel. It is everything you need, clean showers and sanitary facilities, disposal and a way to rinse. Simply Super.

Very rude staff. Wrote an email asking whether it was possible to get a spot for my tent. I specified that it was for the same night as when I sent the email and I would arrive between 10 pm and 11 pm. Then I got an email asking WHEN I would like a night. I found that peculiar, but just wrote back that I was interested in this very night. Got no answer so I called them. A rude woman answered. She was the one who had replied to my email. She almost shouted at me that I had just asked for a space without specifying when. Again not choosing to bring up that matter as German is not my native tongue, I just told her that I had replied to her question. Then she just shouted that she had plenty of other things to do than check email. Upon moving the conversation forward she told me that it would not be possible to arrive any later than 10 pm as the camp ground wouldn't be accessible. Don't count on these people to care for you at all. They've used up all their fake friendliness on their website.

We were on the camping and the staff weren't that interested in us at all. We saw that they paid all attention at the hotel guests. Not service minded at all.

Very nice wellness area, pool yet very cold an absolute top breakfast but rooms in the lower category extremely small bathroom outdated and tiny, but a little too expensive. The larger rooms are better, however, more expensive. On the whole, however, quite good.

Cozy and modest hotel in the city of Varna. Every morning the bus takes you to funicular and you go skiing/snowboarding, enjoying the view from the height of 2, 500 meters. The variety of shops and the town of Brissanon within walking distance is also a plus, as is the delicious pizza in the hotel restaurant.

Great staying, lovely food at the restaurant and very comfortable and warm rooms.

Great smal lokaal hotel and Mini camping. Perfect for a passing through night stay. The red wine was great.

You can easily reach the place, also using Google Maps. Staff is very helpful and available, no problem with languages (they are normally Italian/German). Common places in the hotel are very warm in winter, and are made in a very pleasant style, with fireplaces, comfy sofas. In Christmas time the outdoor is beautifully adorned. Normal room are a bit small, as bathrooms, but very clean. As for food, they seem to give more importance to external look than taste (but as I'm from southern Italy I'm very picky about food). They also have several facilities in their spa (2 saunas, 2 pools and much more). Indeed I advise this hotel.

I stayed in October 2014 at the campsite. The hotel and staff were extremely friendly. The food very tasty and the campsite in regulations. It is a pity that the sanitary facilities at the camp in poor condition are.

Were there — a night that had submitted — no nice campsite, then provided still a caravan on the forecourt a no questions asked, but paid is all over the place — the sanitary facilities are in very poor condition and clean even in the morning — I would not recommend this place.
