Arrived me & my wife and my sister with her boyfriend for a weekend touched and escape, we came across this fabulous Resort: spacious and clean rooms, equipped with mini bar and safe; excellent cuisine and buffet to the extra abundant breakfast with delicious cakes! Excellent staff: max courtesy and kindness!
Not to mention the extra service: SPA WITH SWIMMING POOL 😍

We just had a short holiday, guests in this lovely Hotel. The friendliness, kindness of all the staff has always been commendable. As well as the cleanliness of the premises. Tasty dishes with excellent dishes and abundant breakfasts, and to remember the dessert buffet and that of vegetables! Excellent opportunity to use the spa! Beautiful structure, located in a wonderful place full of paths between streams and waterfalls and lots of greenery, clean and welcoming environment, super friendly staff. Breakfast 🔝 ten and praise, it was years that I did not see such a well-stocked breakfast. To come back definitely. We used the smartbox and only paid for the extras we chose, including a massage. Thanks to all the staff.

Place and staff very welcoming. The rooms and clean environment. Food is great. My husband is celiac, and even though it is not a local certificate, aic, has been able to eat quietly as all. Recommended. We went with a box the Smart box and we had a great time.

We spent a beautiful week in this beautiful hotel, pampered by the staff, attentive fast and professional, and by its owner, Mr. Walter.
Great buffet breakfast, large dinners with generous portions and encores on demand. Small pool available to relax after a nice walk. Only small flaw: a little more maintenance in the rooms would be desirable but nothing catastrophic. Absolutely to try!

The rooms are well furnished, comfortable and spacious, new bathrooms and equipped with everything. The restaurant offers great menus, very varied and well-maintained, with different possibilities and different prices. The staff is very nice, the owner organizes and supervises each activity with excellent care. The country of Fund offers the opportunity to visit many interesting resorts in the surroundings, from Emerald Lake to Tret, to the Sanctuary of San Rimedio, Lake Tovel and numerous other :) ) we will return again for summer and even winter holidays!

Very nice hotel, located in a fairytale location. We were greeted by the manager, with warmth and sympathy. The staff is very qualified and attentive to the needs of customers. Great and hearty food, ideal x who has kids, the menus are available to everyone. I recommend the HOUSE STRUDEL. Very goodoooo. The rooms are all wooden and above all clean and tidy.

Beautiful location in the picturesque context of the country background. A spectacular view is offered to those staying in the rooms that overlook the valley. Very friendly staff The room and the bathroom very clean and functional. The ambience is furnished in a retro style but very welcoming both the hotel lobby and the corner with the little halls. Good breakfast We haven't had lunch! But there will be a second time… Definitely recommended.

Room well furnished, although quite cold despite the climate definitely not summer (in May still do chilly). A small but well-maintained and pleasant wellness Area (mini-pool, whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp) ; More than good water temperature. Tasty Kitchen. Negativity: Little elasticity in granting small variations to the menu and evening closing of the bar shortly after dinner; Some oversight in the cleanliness of the rooms (bathroom basket not emptied: embarrassing) and not presence in all rooms of slippers and bathrobes.

Staff friendly and attentive to the needs of the customer modern structure but preserving the spirit of the place (the wood is the protagonist) ideal position in 2 min. On foot you will arrive in the central square of Fondo 10 min. To get to the Emerald Lake.
The only drawback is that in our room there was the ups and downs of the broken shower but for one night you can also fit good stay at all!

Nice and clean Hotel. The parking lot is very small but there is the possibility to park in the public parking located in front of the hotel, free of charge. The room for 2 is also small but clean and all in Tyrolean style. The dinner was good and with the option of choosing the dishes. Very nice and relaxing the spa, I recommend to spend at least one afternoon.

The hotel is located at the bottom, strategic location from where we had the opportunity to visit different places of the wonderful Trentino Alto Adige. In General It is good, the stay was pleasant, the breakfast is plentiful and with some really good cakes, little choice regarding the salty. The standard rooms are small but cozy and cute. Overall a hotel that I would recommend and I will remember with pleasure.

We stayed for three days at this beautiful Hotel pretty much in the bottom center. The property is gorgeous already looking at it from outside and inside has a large hall accompanied by the bar and the main hall. The rooms I think are all entirely covered with wood. Our room was small but very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately we could not take advantage of the spa for lack of time but from the photos it is very nice and then there was a nice street go.
In the center of the country c is the information Center for tourists very useful because they expose you all the excursions, visits and walks that you can do.
The hotel is at 40 minutes drive from Lake Tovel, a 10 minute walk from the Emerald Lake and half hour drive more or less from Castel Valer and Castel Nanno then there are so many other things close by to see.
The kitchen is great, it's great, the products are fresh and the breakfast cakes are all homemade.
The manager and staff very nice and helpful.
So we had a great time! I recommend you try it, you will not be disappointed!

Delightful Hotel in the beautiful background resort.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the kindness of the hotel manager, who kindly explained to us all the services offered by the property: Restaurant, bar and a large spa, equipped with every comfort.
The room that we were given, although it was the simplest, was really nice: spacious bathroom, large room, balcony with a view and all decorated in wood.
I recommend this hotel for those who want to feel pampered and surrounded by the mountain atmosphere.

Stay for two nights at the Christmas markets in the area. Beds a bit uncomfortable with mattresses in my opinion a bit too soft. The cleanliness of the room is good Good food with quality products. Breakfast buffet with good variety of choice. Value for money in the standard.

It is a good hotel, ideal for relaxing. We were welcomed very well. Walter, the owner, is kind and caring towards the guests; Without being intrusive which does not hurt. The spa is nice and cozy, the only thing is not suitable for children because there is not a space dedicated to them. There is a rich breakfast buffet. I ate a cake with ricotta and raspberries delicious and the cappuccino is very good. I put 5 stars because if you want to relax it's the perfect place.

Unwelcoming, unlike other hotels do not give the slightest help in anything, the free parking is almost always full and not even reserve a place for those who stay then C and the fee. I had to have dinner there compulsory (I was told that in the Easter period is compulsory at least dinner) and it was not so good ne so plentiful. During all meals there are waitresses who discuss with each other with not exactly peaceful tones, and also pick up customers if they take (1 empty sandwich for the little daughter, I was there! ) of the more food during breakfast to take away (breakfast buffet) of positive has I know The breakfast, I would not recommend it to anyone. A star just for breakfast.

This hotel has many pros and Cons: Restaurant service/Breakfast of good quality (eg breakfast wide choice of cakes with which to have breakfast). Structure of the modern hotel with electronic key and lighting in the corridors with automatic lighting, it is also very clean, however (in my room) The sink was all busted and with cracks. The bed and the pillow were not the best (very hard bed and pillows that did not give a good support for the head). Helpful staff, although they always seem to be in a hurry. Very small free parking, fortunately there is a school at 20m with ample parking, if you stay on the weekend, because during the week it would be forbidden to park them. With regard to the spa service, with €13 you can access the swimming pool (small and not hot), the sauna and relaxation area. The spa staff as opposed to the hotel seemed disinterested and not aimed at customer care: they were yelling along the rooms, leaving the front desk many times and not respecting the rules of the SPA (there were 2-3 children playing and yelling and They disturbed everyone). I got to stay in a standard room with a wonderbox paccept, for 2 nights paired with breakfast, if however I had gone paying the real price I think I would have been a little dissatisfied.

Food ok as you would expect very Italian and Walter will always ask if you want more or something else good Wi-Fi and lovely views Good drivers Ian and Julie and some very good trips with plenty of snow Merano was lovely in the sunshine worth a look.

Great experience. Clean and cozy rooms with magnetic card for access and activation of lights and hot water. Presence of TV and free Wi-Fi. Average bed and clean sheets. Very helpful and friendly staff Very good the kitchen, which proposes both traditional Italian dishes, and typical Trentino dishes with lots of dishes of the day. Another point in favour is the SPA with hot pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, chromotherapy, aromatherapy and relaxation room. Overall a structure I would recommend, very pleasant stay in every point of view.

Welcomed by Mr. Walter, very polite, we stayed for 3 nights on the third floor, with panoramic view.
The rooms are tidy and clean, the double bed a bit uncomfortable (neck ache the first night).
I noticed with little pleasure that the restaurant maids were little available and almost annoyed.
The wellness area is very small, in the early hours of the morning is not crowded but from the afternoon begins to fill with people, many of which do not know how to behave in a wellness area, allowing children to cackle or not respecting the rules of the sauna or of the Turkish Bath (maybe I was the one who caught them all).
The pool is not heated.
The food is great, the restaurant offers different dishes and buffets for both lunch and dinner.
The apple strudel is fantastic (homemade).
A few kilometres away is the Mendola pass, for those who want to ski or tobogganing.
The location of the hotel is also great for those in summer who want to turn since it is close to many places of interest.
Parking for the car is free but outdoors and if you arrive late you will not find place, in which case there is covered parking for a fee.
In General It was a positive experience.

We return every year for four five days with our group for the Ciaspolada, welcomed by the owner and staff with professionalism and attention. Excellent cuisine with typical dishes of Trentino and not, exceptional cakes made on its own, the service fast but caring for the needs of all. Rooms large and clean, and to appreciate the spa and the service of the garage all with excellent value for money.

Super Hotel, good price performance ratio! The chef is trying very hard (good German) to probably the guests, please continue like this, this is lived hospitality! To hike a good starting point in the former Welschtirol;) would come back immediately! Good breakfast by Italian standards, dinner very good and plentiful, prices are moderate and fair! Nice greetings from Tyrol.

We were 5 days at this hotel, we had a great time. Clean rooms, ate great, very nice staff, Mr. Walter is an exquisite person. The small but basic spa. If we have to find fault the bed too hard and the room without dark, (but this is our personal taste, I like to sleep in total darkness) and parking a little bit.
For those who need to relax it is the ideal place. I recommend it.

The single room Nr104 with a view into a 1 1/2 meter away wall with desolate bathroom (defective shower and jumped toilet seat) but with bearable breakfast is not worth a euro 62, 00 plus tourist tax. Not to be recommended a visit on my part. I also did not receive an invoice, but was paid by credit card. Best wishes!

It's a beautiful hotel, with a very nice wooden porch. Its room are small but very comfortable and are very clean. The food is very good and the staff is very kind. From the hotel you can have a beautiful view of the mountain and the underlying valley.

To celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary we chose this hotel. We were very happy and very pleased with the location and the friendliness of all the staff. We came to this lovely property with a casket wonderbox. What about the room in the attic is beautiful with a big balcony that offers beautiful views of the val di non with all apple orchards … Helpful as lunch and dinner … Selection of typical dishes … The owner Mr Walter is always super helpful in all X so that your stay is truly relaxing! Then is kind and very customer focused! In addition there is the spa really functional and spotless … Sauna steam room and Jacuzzi super! My husband and I have returned many times to the Lady Mary and in different seasons, and each time we had fun and we had a good time! Hotel was spotless! Eat well! The owner very friendly made us feel comfortable in a serene atmosphere. The pool of beauty delicious although smallish … but with nice warm water. The country then country is delicious … not to mention the Emerald Lake easy walk through a canyon very impressive … and after a maximum 15 minutes arrived at Lake … you can heat and rest in a nice bar in front of a steaming hot chocolate and cakes! WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN!

We just spent 3 nights with a child of 4 years, was a very nice Hotel, very good value. Mr. Walter is very thoughtful and attentive to customer satisfaction. We had dinner in the Hotel and the menu is typical, well cooked and if there's nothing you like are willing to cook something else for you. The rooms are very clean. The spa pool is lovely although not huge and it has hot water and pleasant. The country is just a few steps from the hotel and shopping centre, petrol station, Carwash, groceries, bakery, pharmacy. I mean there's all you need. The step Mendole is 10 km from the Hotel and there is a ski slope for beginners and children. Merano is 45 minutes. Would we go back again.

At the restaurant we ate very well and we were wondering if you wanted an Encore, our room was cozy, but above all, I must make compliments to Mr walter manages the staff and if I can I will gladly because tt surroundings deserve to be seen greetings to tt the inhabitants and especially signo walter tt afternoons I would prepare the herbal tea to mauve.
