I was given a Smartbox at my birthday and among the various facilities we chose this hotel and I tell you it was a great choice. The kindness, the care of the details and the exquisite eating and then the SPA cured, clean. With My husband we have already decided to go back. Thank you Fam. Bonvicini you have been very kind.

This beautiful hotel is located in Malosco in The Province of Trento. After Booking we headed to this location. We were greeted with a lot of kindness. The room was very nice and the furniture was very small. The beautiful bathroom with dolomitic stone coverings that enveloping the walls… The shower room is very nice. What struck me most was the mirror of the washbasin with a cyclops glass that appropriately magnifies The details of the face. I Can honestly say that the order and cleanliness in this hotel reigns supreme… Not a speck of dust. During the stay we used the SPA which was included in the price… What a beautiful to try a beautiful swimming pool with various jets for the cervical and many other hydro jets. In addition another smaller pool with Whirlpool… Exceptional… In more sauna Turkish bath etc… Accompanied by the kindness and courtesy of a worker. Excellent cuisine, we enjoyed excellent dishes of the Trentino cuisine. And finally The waiters and the same holder to serve always attentive to satisfy the customer. I am very satisfied and recommend this hotel. I will Definitely be returning.

Nice place, comfortable clean rooms in the facilities, cozy. Nice relaxing spa with so many comforts. Staff and especially friendly courteous holders available attentive to the needs of the guests that make you feel at home. A good experience that I recommend to everyone is that we will certainly do.

Go. Go. The lady at the front desk is great, very kind. Nice place and in the surroundings there is everything. You can do very long walks or visit museums. Or picnic or go to the lake. I fell in love with this place, it's magical.

I have just been with a friend of mine in this beautiful hotel for two nights. The structure is taken care of and inserted in a splendid panorama, the rooms are welcoming and clean, the friendly service and the home cooking respect the local traditions. Unfortunately we did not use the spa but we will certainly if we had to organize a next trip around. We recommend it warmly.

Clean and tidy rooms. Staff. Good cooking. Very very nice and functional Spa. Pretty large parking lot. Some difficulty finding buttons to turn off the room and bathroom lights: they are the keys with the 3 dots! In the free suite There are also bathrobes and towels to access the SPA. Many trekking routes in the surroundings but the ski slopes are far away. However a beautiful glimpse of the Val di Non.

I recommend it. I have been to this hotel with a Smartbox package. We had a good. We added a night and a day to fully use the hotel's proposals. Mrs. Grace was very kind. All the staff at the hotel were helpful, professional and welcomed us very well. They recommended and followed us throughout our holiday. We think we're coming back.

HOSPITALITA ZERO! Read to understand:
I was given a "weekend relax" package and wanted to use it at this property. Too bad I would have to integrate it all with a mandatory extra night paying it apart.
I recommend to the managers not to waste time on people in evaluating their structure if they then do not want people to stay overnight one night (i. E. Package coverage). Zero hospitality as we were not allowed to stay in the property.

I was in this hotel a week ago with my family, we stayed for one night, very nice hotel, courteous and helpful staff. Food is very good Clean and spacious Room, the only bad note too hot in the room, we had to sleep with the windows open! Of the SPA, having a little girl with us, we could only use the pool and the Jacuzzi, and we loved it!

Beautiful unexpected Hotel, owners and staff. Very nice and comfortable rooms, bathroom don shower Breakfast well stocked with homemade cakes and biscuits accompanied by fresh cream, lunch and dinner with excellent local dishes, abundant and carefully planted. Very nice and well organized Wellness. We will definitely return.

Comfortable and really panoramic position, new and clean rooms, bathroom also equipped for disabled, management and courteous staff. Weak point the kitchen and the Breakfast: Lunch lasagna, chocolate mousse with a dove bottom (or panettone? ) and industrial cream; Excellent instead, cooking included, the grilled steak… Breakfast all packed and low quality. There is a play room for smaller, with ping-pong, billiards, football-table, and some electronic coins (which makes a little game room). Too bad for the underhand bar where they don't serve Guinness (and passes) nor Manhattan. Comfortable ski area next to the entrance. Discreet overall, positive vote.

Spent two nights in this beautiful hotel. Very kind staff, both on the phone before arriving and during the stay in the hotel very helpful and always caring. From the room you can see the landscapes and the magnificent valley. An extraordinary cleaning. Excellent cuisine, delicious homemade cakes for breakfast. The wellness area also responds to all your needs. A relaxing and romantic weekend in a place where the courtesy is at home. Very helpful.

What to say. Starting from the acceptance where we were advised to add €10 to the expense to be able to use the sauna, service that later we discovered would cost only €6. Moving on to the beautiful room nothing to say but as soon as you enter a pleasant smell welcomes you as for the clean towels but with a smell really not pleasant. Passing the Wellness area advise you to drink after the sauna but in the relaxation area is not available even water. Overall great structure nothing to take away but if you have to go remember to bring the headphones because €3 I look like Tantini.

We stayed at this property the first of December: wonderful experience. The hotel, recently renovated, is gorgeous: beautiful views, very nice and spotless rooms, excellent local cuisine and impeccable service. The spa is lovely. We found a staff of a great kindness and availability. In particular the owner, the Lady Grace is really exquisite: kind, always attentive to the needs of customers, friendly, nice, available… A beautiful person.
We were pampered in everything: at the hotel PANORAMA you feel at home.
The Malosco village is small and graceful. Nearby there is the possibility to practice skiing and snowboarding for adults and children (in small but well-equipped tracks), excursions, walks in the nature and for those who want to make a little ' life socialite/shopping at 35 km there is the beautiful Bolzano (we have Took advantage and went to visit the Christmas markets). In short we did not miss anything in this holiday at the enchanting Val di non and at the PANORAMA Hotel to which I would give not three… But four stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐.

Great place the hotel, very nice also it is run familiarly.
The kitchen is simple, homemade and traditional and with very abundant portions.
The SPA instead and small which is its only flaw because the rest is fantastic also for the fact of having the solarium above it.
Hotel recommended and excellent view of its location a little high.

I state that I chose the place via the gift box "Emotion 3 — Stay by Candlelight"; Arrived on the spot we are greeted by the owner of the hotel, very kind and helpful explains quickly what more or less included the box and how the hotel was structured. We can say that hotel is really nice, very clean, with a wellness area (of the whole area I can not say anything else, we only used the solarium), great food very caseraccio (as the hotel is all family run). One of the rooms was not enough.

We were really good, nice quaint and clean. Excellent cuisine with specialities from Trentino with large portions, Spa very clean and Nice, with really good beautician/masseuse. Family owned, all very kind and helpful to all your needs. Moderate price! We will definitely return!

Worse, it never is! in the autumn 2009 there. Never again. No heater, bad breakfast. Trés time!

Beautiful places! A cheap but beautiful! Spa well maintained and well equipped! Highly recommended! The family that runs it, realizes every wish and need!

Enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff is awesome, the food is excellent and plentiful, the desserts are yummy and clean hotel. The car is easy and the place can be easily found. I recommend it to those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains.

The cuisine served is typical of Trentino and is good. Also the cleanliness and courtesy. Check in a little rigid (in line with the customs of the place, where arriving at 21 I found nothing to dine), only up to 18, after which time the Welcome to I was a little rough. In the rooms is not the maximum comfort, the double beds are composed of two single mattresses (at least in my room), they feel much the noises of nearby rooms and you can't adjust the temperature (after a night of extreme heat had to request to adjust the system and have been satisfied). Ultimately a few bumps more than bearable and a responsive staff faced with demands and small issues make it a place where you can go quietly.
