Away from the daily grind, I can recommend the Hotel just for the view is terrific, the staff is super friendly and the food can also complain none.

We went up by cable car to take a hike and we didn't stay there but the view is spectacular. I visited it in the summer but I think in winter it is great for ski enthusiasts who have the slopes at their fingertips.

Great view. We were here in the summer. Hotel has closed there. Food mediocre. Otherwise all very friendly.

The worst service I have ever had in South Tyrol. Drinks ordered, beer instead of cyclists get. With the lemon lemonade of the children helped off. Would still have been okay. Twice asked to order food. The lady has said twice she comes up the same way. The third time, we ordered the drinks bill. Then she thought we hadn't been upset. Farewell with the words of the operator that things might be faster in the valley. By the way, with three hungry children.

Great Hotel with restaurant. Huge portions and good quality food. The hotel has very nice rooms nothing to envy to a SPA. Sauna pool and anything else at 3212 meters s. L. M. Getting better at this height is not easy.

It is one of the best hotels. And it is also the highest in Europe. The staff was very helpful Friendly and clean environment. Great.

3200 m height are problematic for some people. But you get used to it.

The location of the hotel is perfect. You have a fantastic view of the peaks of the Italian and Austrian Alps.
The hotel staff is very friendly and eager for the good of the guests.
Unfortunately, the service at dinner, due to the very long wait between the aisles (sometimes up to 40 min. ) is not satisfactory.

Well, last year, the food was 0. Now very good for that. It is renovated into the Jahregekommenes hotel which is piece by piece.

Terrific Views; Clean Rooms, but in need of renovation; Effused Staff; Eating in the Restaurant takes far too long despite simple Dishes, disorganized; No Choice for Children's Meals, a Dish for a Week. Imcomfortable, Lounged Room; Not a Feel-good Atmosphere.

I have booked here for two days, definitely unique place with amazing panorama over the surrounding mountains, OK rooms and functional bathrooms, only flaw the lack of bidet, even in the presence of enough space. Breakfast Buffet and dinner with service at the table, good value for money, (a beer from 0, 4 to 4 euros) important that thinks to stay here must be in good physical condition and should not suffer from high blood pressure. Here at 3212 meters of oxygen there is less and to fit the body needs time. Professional and polite Staff. There is also the possibility of parking the car in the garage at the valley station of the cable car.

Nice experience … mounted carrier h3g … come up with cable … come down with snowmobile … magnificent … all very ok.

Najvyssie polozeny hotel v Europe sa nachadza vo vyske cca 3200 m nm na vrcholovej stanici lanovky, zaroven je najvyssie polozenym miestom lyziarskeho strediska Val Senales, kam sa dostanete lanovkou. V ramci hotela sa nachadza aj male muzeum venovane mumii Otziho, ktoru nasli nedaleko.

Gorgeous view in both summer and winter. Medium to high prices.

Beautiful views, delicious food and fast service. The perfect place for a short vacation or a ski trip.

Fantastic Location. Nothing for people, the altitude is not tolerated. Hotel services (catering) was at the time of our visit in need of improvement. Nevertheless, one must the time have experienced and we will come back.
