Experience to forget!
The management has changed for three months and now it is a total inability to manage a hotel. The only positive note the kindness of the two waiters and the kids of animation, the rest a disaster. The buffet breakfast offers very poor quality products, never seen such a miserable breakfast in a mountain hotel.
Dinner in the evening even worse, you eat in the cold and the menu proposed is absolutely not at the height of the context in which the structure is located. To start the vegetables at the buffet end after half an hour and those who arrive late does not find anything. A couple asked to have finished buffet vegetables and was told that it was no longer possible. Among other things one of the three first proposed comes in a thermal container in the middle of the buffet from which all fish and in the case of tortellini in broth after ten minutes there are no more tortellini but only broth from which you have to fish in the bottom to look for something. The first evening the chef, who probably should change jobs, proposes a raw pork chop (schnitzel in the mountains? ) and the question of why it was pink we were told that ' the meat is pink of nature '. All accompanied by raw peas not even seasoned. Small portions second evening, usual productsi poor quality and finally lemon ice cream on December 30 with — 10 out!
In the lobby, also cold at 11, 30 we were invited by the Director to go to our rooms because they had to clean and close… Never happened!
I highly recommend not staying at this property! I'm just sorry as being a chain such management ruins the reputation of the entire chain.
