We stayed for two nights at this hotel with half board treatment! Breakfast was poor, the yogurt was packed, and being in the mountains, I expected to find the white one, The juices were only from the dispenser and also the coffee… the cakes were only of two types! dinner was a choice of three options, but even this sinned in cooking products and variety! Beyond the room, which had recently been renovated and was pretty, I will not return if I return to San Martino.

Convenient: Two hundred meters from the facilities, too bad for the kitchen. A few typical dishes and not very cured.

Fantastic experience in San Martino di Castrozza at the hotel Fratazza with family for the white week. Gianni always available to fulfil our desires. Great food. The hotel is located 200 metres from the Tognola gondola lift. The rooms are very nice and clean. The animation at the TOP with Claudio who entertained our children with so much patience. Absolutely recommended and definitely will be back next year.

Convenient location 150 meters from the gondola Tognola, excellent organization, friendly and helpful staff, rooms a little ' dated and basic but clean, excellent dinner and breakfast, great value for money, car park. Recommended.

Experience to forget!
The management has changed for three months and now it is a total inability to manage a hotel. The only positive note the kindness of the two waiters and the kids of animation, the rest a disaster. The buffet breakfast offers very poor quality products, never seen such a miserable breakfast in a mountain hotel.
Dinner in the evening even worse, you eat in the cold and the menu proposed is absolutely not at the height of the context in which the structure is located. To start the vegetables at the buffet end after half an hour and those who arrive late does not find anything. A couple asked to have finished buffet vegetables and was told that it was no longer possible. Among other things one of the three first proposed comes in a thermal container in the middle of the buffet from which all fish and in the case of tortellini in broth after ten minutes there are no more tortellini but only broth from which you have to fish in the bottom to look for something. The first evening the chef, who probably should change jobs, proposes a raw pork chop (schnitzel in the mountains? ) and the question of why it was pink we were told that ' the meat is pink of nature '. All accompanied by raw peas not even seasoned. Small portions second evening, usual productsi poor quality and finally lemon ice cream on December 30 with — 10 out!

Excellent experience, very polite and well-prepared staff, excellent welcome from the owners, it is really good food, contained expenses, comfortable rooms, if I can recommend only one thing, the pillows are much better if softer. Recommended.

Cozy, clean and dining well and accurate.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet varied and plentiful… We will be back and recommend it!

The hotel, rather dated but renovated, is located at the end of the village in the direction of Fiera di Primiero and is equipped with ample parking. Our room was quite large (x 3 people) with comfortable and well-heated bed. Bathroom with hygiene products. Good breakfast for the sweet part, poor in the salty (because the Hungarian salami and not the speck? ). Self service machines for drinks. Wi-Fi working. On the downside, at 8am the cleaning ladies started to remake the room next to ours making it impossible to continue to rest.

The property is nice and they are very friendly, is run by a diocesan group, we have been a great time and the food is good, only groups of guys who make trips and staying there, they make a little mess, but otherwise you can tell you are from GOD!
