We spent 3 wonderful days at your property. Starting from the warmth of the atmosphere and the familiarity of the owner. They feel spicy mountain scents and pleasant music at every hour of the day. The staff are helpful and friendly, attentive to every need and extremely professional. The kitchen is excellent, food of excellent quality and the preparation of the dishes is carefully cared for the minutest details, my son went crazy for the Nutella cracks made at the time for breakfast. The spa is cuddling and equipped with everything. The message Area with staff prepared and available. The Hotel is located a few meters from the bus station and very close to the centre. We will be back for sure.

What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy! A day's walking in beautiful countryside, to be followed by a relaxing massage and sauna, and a great meal. Staff so friendly and helpful, a fantastic atmosphere.

Two years ago my boyfriend and I made a beautiful gift: A week's stay at the hotel Luis. Just arrived we were surprised by the wonder of the building. The interior was above our expectations. He realizes a wonderful smell of cinnamon and he directly notices the manager. The room was clean, gorgeous, the bed comfortable. A marvel. The restaurant churned out every day healthy and succulent dishes and the thing that I liked the most was the perfect management of food reactions. The information about the activities that could be done in the area was easy to find, so it is true that we were granted a snowshoe in Passo Rolle and a guided tour to a nearby village. I deliberately left the icing on the cake for the last: the spa. The perfect massages and an environment built as a temple of relaxation and wellbeing. The choice of things to do is quality and there is a room where you can abandon yourself to reading or meditation on comfortable deckchairs. The massages then are something magical. I remember the relaxing massage: a massage that left me in a state of total wellbeing even a lot after doing it.
Me and my boyfriend, we can't wait to go back but we highly recommend it to all those who love absolute relaxation and refined ambiences.

Good value for money. The SPA is not great, better when the hotel is not fully booked. Honest cuisine, in general, nothing exceptional. Decor a bit quirky, definitely not trivial. A few km from San Martino di Castrozza.

Simple, friendly, great breakfast, large clean rooms, very courteous staff. Original and refined Art Nouveau furniture. A special little snack pampers you when you return from skiing. Small spa of all respect. Whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath. Massages are available upon reservation.

The hotel is immediately notice along the main road of the village of Primiero, both for elegance than for colors. Inside is nicely decorated, while the rooms although they are not the most, stand out for cleaning. The dining room is tasteful, the service excellent, the food is always fresh, first-class chef. I recommend it for older people, who need to relax and be pampered and for athletes who like to ride a bike. The service and relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, complete the whole. Thanks Mario, I'm going to miss you.
