After our wedding, I went with my wife to the beautiful Hotel Ansitz Plantitscherhof. We were thrilled from day one. The food is optimally prepared in every respect, no matter what is ordered. It is of very high quality. The staff is highly trained and is always engaged in every area, be it waiters, savings staff or even receptionists. The family that keeps this hotel running is there 24 hours a day for guests. I recommend the restaurant and the hotel with everything around it!

Very courteous staff, but the property does not come anywhere near the 5 star declared, in a room for four my daughters slept on a sofa bed, in the appetizer area were continuously present insects and some fly on the food, but the most unacceptable are The 6.50 per bottle of water despite the cost of staying per person.

Our stay at the Hotel Plantitscherhof began with a very pleasant and professional contact with the reception. Our special requests were asked in more detail and everything worked out!
The system itself surprised us a lot! I have never seen such a well thought-out and planned plant on this limited floor space! Very well maintained! Even in the wonderful garage. There is nothing around here that is only ' turned off ' or temporarily stored. One knows the garages in which ' Diverses ' then adjusts a place. Not here.
There are many small decorative pieces that are very suitable. At present, the balance between too much good and well suited has been achieved. Please no more decoration or tables and chairs!
The outdoor pool is open from 7am from Nirosta and with 28 degrees very pleasant and beautiful to look at. Great congratulations to the caretaker and the gardener, here everything is tip-top in shot and groomed with love.
The quality of the décor continues in the restaurant, and the service is also very good, friendly and competent. Thank you!
Prices are still in order in the South Tyrolean environment. 2x Spaghetti, antipasti buffet and 1x dessert with 2 non-alcoholic drinks 60 EUR.
The breakfast offer leaves nothing to be desired.

Dear readers, we would like to give a little insight into the experiences of our visit.
First, the positive aspects. A nice room and a rich breakfast buffet (but I expect a little more in this category of hotel).
Kindness was unfortunately not exactly the main point this weekend, maybe everyone had slept a little badly. :-)
On the first evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. I had a beef fillet with side dish. I have to say unfortunately this was of very poor quality, mixed with tendons and completely tough.
Yes, this can happen before, but after the complaint to the service staff, the almost full plate was removed and … and nothing else. Without a query without offering anything else …
On the second day we visited the bathing area. On the day of arrival we were still told about the great heated outdoor pool. Anticipation turned to disillusionment. 21°C're not really warm. The lady in the bathing area informed us that the pool is heated by sunlight and since it is still a little early in the year and many clouds the pool is not really warm. At least an honest statement here. The indoor hot tub was completely overchlort, after starting the nozzles the eyes began to try from the strong chlord fight. Not really healthy …
On the day of departure we went to the reception to check out. For payment, we were asked to the boss at the table.

The hotel is beautiful and also very well maintained. Beautiful, very modern big rooms.
Unfortunately, ours was very dark.
Price performance unfortunately does not fit.
No 5 star standard.
3-4 stars would be appropriate.
We cannot recommend the hotel because there were just a lot of inconsistencies.
The only ones that have grasped how 5 stars works is the bartender and the 10-year-old son of the family.
For the sake of honesty, however, it has to be said that the staff was very friendly.

Top Hotel in family-owned… very cozy, exceptionally good service… excellent wellness treatments. Also accessible to the public.

Nice location, large and spacious rooms, common areas and very cozy garden, swimming pool in summer and outdoor and indoor parking. Spa X who appreciates it and above all gourmet cuisine of excellent level for refined palates. Excellent service and reception. High prices, but the hotel is worth them all.

A very nice place to rest in a wonderful garden with a lot of plants. The outside pool is well placed to take the sun even if it's a little bit cold. The inside pool is big enought to swim and rest. Rooms (we took the garden one) is well designed and beds were very confortable. The bad point was about english. No paper were in french and very few in english. Even daily menus were only in german so very difficult to understand and the staff was not fluent enought to explain too. However we enjoyed our stay.
