Very poor service specially the stuff aren't nice no stock of water everything here is a joke and sucks swear!

Great stay, great ambience and view by the sea, staff are very accomodating super friendly and nice sila. Hope pagbalik namin may improvement na ang facilities nila specially the common kitchen. More trash can para di magkalat basura becoz of cats around the place plastic lang kasi nakasabit kung saan saan.

I made the right decision to choose subic grand seas to celebrate my children's birthday, we really enjoyed our stay here for 3days and 2nights! super accommodating staff, clean and large room space. The beach front is also clean so you can relax. The place is safe, quiet and peaceful as well. We will definitely come back here! thank you! 💯👌🌊

There were tiny cockroaches everywhere. From the bathroom sink to the headboard of the bed. I wasn’t able to sleep well knowing the fact that those things were just over my head. Sucks that their staff isn’t available after 6PM. You could find a better resort. Their receptionist was very accommodating though.

Our room's floor was dusty, the wood of cabinet under the sink in the bathroom was already rotten where 2 cockroaches came out. Malamok din, like the room was not aired out and we all had mosquito bites. Pool was not that clean too, the water had a slightly unclear, gray-ish color. Or maybe that was the color of the tiles, not sure. Only saving grace of this place is the nice beach with calm water and fine sand, perfect for families with kids.

Everything about this resort is sooooo perfect. Pets are not allowed but they accepted our dambo (they provided a space for our dog in the parking. Spacious, clean, safe and well ventilated area) They even allowed us to bring dambo on the beach (except the pool-we understand). The view is sooooooo relaxing and beautiful. You can clearly watch the sunrise and sunset from the restaurant, pool and your room. Rooms are spacious, clean and everything. The staff and service are so accommodating, kind, fast and superb. Foods are sooo delicious and worth the price. We have foods we bought outside but so kind of them to ask us that they can re-heat the foods and transfer it to bigger plates. When you call their room service, you will be shock because they will send the service right away (waiting will not be an issue). We check our pet from time to time on the designated area and the guards are playing and talking to our dambo — they make sure his okay (we are so thankful about it, heart melting ❤️) Wifi is great, theres so many Wi-Fi options, no issue with the utensils, towels, extra bed, hot and cold water in shower. I can talk about their resort all day but words aren’t enough. Everything is literally sooo amazing. We’re definitely going back ❤️

We stayed half a day at this place. We would like to thank the management and staff for accommodating my husband's assistance dog. We all had a blast. The food was great. The customer service was brilliant. Thank you so much for everything.

Nice room. Clean. Loved the hot shower. Nice place at night. With japanese restaurant and grill & pasta buffet. With pool and easy access to the beach. Also offers shuttle service (with extra fee), just ask the receptionist. Friendly staff.

All foods in menu are not available. Place in resto is very hot only 2 electric fan 2 and 2 air-conditioned are available but in good condition.

Okay, if you want a simple place where to stay. Some areas specially leading to the sea is not taken care of and with trash. There's also a sewage and drainage that you can smell and even see going to the beach and onto the sea. Reason why we didn't swim at the beach. The pool is really small and unimpressive.

I liked it bcoz the place is relaxing lalo na sa ocean view. The food is great but I would love it kung medyo toasted ang fried bangus. Rooms are ok spacious siya pero sana nga mas maganda kung bago pa lang dumating ang guest eh kumpleto na ang gamit inside like towels blankets toothbrush, soap, shampoo etc. Just like when we arrived may toothbrush but no toothpaste. But honestly I would recommend this place.

This is my honest review base on our visit last Friday night to Saturday afternoon. **Lobby and Room
First, sa lobby napansin kaagad namin na may mga lamok, kaya naka 2 pictures lang kame since we have our 7months old baby. Then we went to our room, the room was spacious and yung aircon malakas, kasi ang lamig agad. I love the brown blanket na makapal sakto sa aircon, mabango pa kaya mas napasarap tulog namin. Infairness okay ang Wi-Fi connection nila sa room and sa buong place kaya makakapag upload ka kagad ng mga pics. **Foods and Dining
We had our dinner here, a bit pricey yung foods, walang available na mga foodchain sa paligid ng hotel kaya mas okay na dito narin kayo kumaen, halos same price lang sa labas. That night my live band pa sila kaya mas nakaka relax. We ordered Kare Kare and Sinigang na Hipon, big servings sila and the taste is superb (Napa extra rice pa kame haha) Kaya lang may mga pusa sa outside dining nila which is somehow off. They offered a buffet in the morning, there Korean resto set up is so relaxing, beach style talaga. Even they serve just the usual breakfast food, still sarap parin kaya mapaparami kapa rin ng Kaen. **Pool and Beach
We love the pool, well maintained sya. Size of the pool is good enough para lumangoy at mag floating (4-5ft) kaya mas pabor sakin haha. They have kiddie pool with somekind of water fountain kaya pang family tlga ang pool nila.

The rooms were not so good, but their restaurant is great. Meals are superb. Try ordering Japanese foods.

… place is nice kasi di crowded. Ang mga staff very accomodating. Ang room tama lang. Ang food ok din kaso mahal ng kunti lalo na filipino dishes. Sana rin wala pusa nakaka distract nasa ilalim sila ng mesa. Sana ang pool well maintained. Kapag may gumagamit sana ng pool nag overflow ang tubig. At sana mas safe lalo na sa mga bata yun 2 ko anak nagkasugat dahil sa sira tiles sa pool. Sana mas malinis at mas mabango yun room together pillow and blanket. Sana yun water sa shower malinis may time kasi na color kalawang yun water. Then sana if dyan na yun guest complete na yun need ng guest lalo na kapag may reservation. Hope ma improved pa yun place kasi napaka relaxing ng place…

Pros 1. Aesthetically pleasing resort.  The rooms from outside have modern and elegant design. You have a view of the beach which is a good back drop for picture taking if taken from their pool and restaurant area. 2. Security and convenience in parking. You can park your car right across your room. Very convenient when unloading/loading your bags. You also feel secure since you can see your car just outside your room window. 3. The food in the restaurant is consistently good. While in Subic, we usually invite friends from Olongapo to join us for dinner here in their in house resto. They have a Japanese/Filo restaurant. 4. Staff are very courteous and polite. We had a few complaints  in our recent stay and they were very open in receiving those feedbacks. CONS Facilities obviously had rundown and cleanliness has not been a top priority.  We are going to this resort almost yearly since 2013. In our recent stay this Jan2018, our room had little cockroaches in the cabinet and under the mini fridge. : (: (: ( The room was proliferated with mosquitoes that even the staff I called in left the insect repellant spray in our room  in case we need to use it later. We had to leave the room for a couple of hours because of the bug spray scent. The bathroom is dark and moldy. Towels even if smelling good with fabric conditioner, obviously are old and ratty. We had to refund our second night as we can't bear spending more time inside the room.

It was a nice experience. The view are very relaxing.

This is my 3rd time to stay here. I love staying here coz its very accessable to public transportation from manila. They have friendly staff and complete aminities. Their room is very spacious and the bathroom as well. Rooms are clean and complete with towels, toiletries and the cable channels available are great. The food at their restaurant which is yummy. The sinigang is delcious (indi tinipid and ingredients) This is the best place to relax and chill away from the city life but not to remote coz outside the resort theres 7/11 and other food establishments if you find yourself in the middle of the night hungry coz there are 24hrs food establishments walking distance from the resost. I am surely going to be back here next year and they also have great massage in room service (nawala talaga sakit sa likod ko)

Nice and accomodating staff; the place is quite small which I like; toilet has bidets installed; excellent food and relatively cheap. Only thing I did not like is the power outages happening but they are short. Rated four star because of the swimming pool, its shallow.

Though it was a replacement venue, the management is quick to remedy the problem. The venue can handle 200 guest.

My family's first time experience is quite remarkable! The place is so relaxing it gives us comfort away from the city's noise really had fun at the pool… we appreciate how clean it is! Maybe because it isn't summer there is not much crowd as we enjoyed every moment of our overnight stay. Resort's accomodation is great plus the yummy breakfast buffet
I didn't mind if there's scattered trash at the beach. In fact those dirts were made out of people not wanting to keep the place tidy what I'm after for is the time well spent with my family truly worth remembering! Will definitely recommend the place to my friends and relatives we really had a wonderful time. More power to Subic Grand Seas Resort!

The hotel staff and employees are very helpful very courteous and very polite. our hotel room was very clean and very efficient the bathroom was very clean. Restaurant staff was absolutely fantastic they were very polite and courteous and the food was very very good. The swimming pool and the beach with very nice. All in all it was a very nice location.

Front desk staff and bellboy were very accommodating but other than that, the place was a hell hole. Initially we went there for a day tour, costs around P350/head and will only get you a table and chairs under the scorching heat of the sun so we decided to get a room. For the price of P2625, you get a double bed w/ just a very thin blanket, an A/C w/c is old, partially damaged but still working and a bathroom with a sliding door that doesnt work and a shower that has a low water pressure whenever you use the faucet on the lavatory. The pool was small w/ approximately 4ft deep. Sands on the bottom of the pool and w/ some leaves floating. It also has some weird tastes if you accidentally put some in your mouth. Public shower near the pool has a low water pressure. Beach was the worst. From the pool area you could smell the stench coming from the sea. There were lots of floating garbage and a lot of ships docked just a few kilometers from the shore. We stayed there for just 2hrs. Slept for 1hr 20mins swimming 40mins to shower before going home. So if youre thinking of getting some quick beach/pool getaway, subic isnt the place for you.

A great resort where you can have fun and relax while you wait for the sunset. They have a nice swimming pool as well.

The hotel was clean, the rooms are a good size and overall it was a well organised hotel. The staff were very courteous and friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located on the beach front and close to alternative restaurants, though the food is very good quality in their own "crab loco" restaurant. One day the dish we ordered included a large crab, but it was missing one of main claws. An apology was only given after we mentioned it, and no discount offered. The food was excellent quality, though there is some problems with consistency. The beach is mostly grey & Brown sand, and has a lot of washed up stuff on it… Wood, sticks, as well as rubbish. It's not a good place for people who are looking for a beach holiday, but we enjoyed walking along the beach and using the pool for swimming. The pool is small and only waist deep throughout. There is a good range of international TV channels in the rooms. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as good value for money and a very pleasant place to stay in Subic.
