For us one of the best hotels we have visited so far. Great service, accommodating, very hospitable and superbly equipped. In addition, there is the incomparable location. Our tip : be sure to book the premium rooms in the attic — the view when waking up is priceless! … we will be back.

Nice place, nice hotel, but the owner is racist towards the Italians and there treats very badly. If you are Italian, avoid going there.
There were 5 stars if it were not for the absolutely non-hospitable treatment, even on the phone you could hear shouting "italians of mxxxa"… I said it all.
Unfortunately, if the reception and services lapse, the whole holiday lapses.

Congratulations to all the staff, excellent cuisine, excellent services definitely to be redone!

We stayed for a weekend, lovely place surrounded by nature, spacious rooms, clean and equipped with every comfort, exquisite and abundant food, wonderful services, the wellness area an enchantment a real panacea, the plank family and the entire super staff. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
Kitchen and breakfast a dream.
Cleanliness, friendliness, offer of internal and external leisure — and wellness facilities exceed other hotels.

We only stayed for one passing night this year in February.
It was a really beautiful find! Really nice room and recently renovated, restaurant where we had lunch on arrival, dined and had breakfast, all great on sight and palate.
We didn't try the pool and the s. P. A. Corner. For lack of time!
They've sent us several emails since then to advertise themselves, but full of words of encouragement for this difficult time… until today's surprise:
I received by post a little book to make bread! A small gesture but one that was really welcome!

With a lot of joy we came back to the hotel SONNENHEIM ; new rooms have been built, absolutely wonderful and modern, the restaurant, bar and entrance are also brand new and modern, the food always delicious, super breakfast where nothing is missing… and everything is respected — propos Covid 19…

We are currently at the Hotel Sonnenheim and are thrilled! :)
All hygiene measures are implemented super and you feel very comfortable and safe. Whether in the wellness area or restaurant — the Plank family makes a great effort to offer everyone a nice and safe holiday (; auxh we were initially unsure but we were absolutely convinced and can only say we would recommend it to everyone in good conscience to come and thus enjoy the holiday and support the hotel in the difficult time.

Modern, new, beautiful scenery and very close to ski fields.

We were in an apartment two minutes walk to the Hotel. Actually, we wanted to try different restaurants in the area during our holiday, but every second day at the Hotel Sonnenheim. Because it was just great! The Restaurant offers authentic, fresh and tasty South Tyrolean cuisine. White clean tablecloths, nice Cutlery and glasses and all for a super price-performance ratio. The Service is top notch. It's worth it to eat here! We can recommend the Hotel Sonnenheim warmly. At the end of our vacation week, we had the family Plank all met and were impressed by the outstanding service. We can only imagine how wonderful it is to live in the Hotel.

Great food, but the waiters were very hectic because so many people where there. Definitely nothing quiet, very popular location.

Family-run Hotel of nice and helpful people.

Excellent family run hotel, very friendly staff. The small but functional spa, modest swimming pool with heated water about 30 degrees. The only negative notes that we encountered was the lack of bidet, which I can not conceive because they are in Italy, because I find it extremely uncomfortable and harmful to the environment, always take a shower after their needs by increasing the number of showers per day and the consumption of water. Good buffet breakfast, tending to the germanic, is a good dinner with some flaws especially in the first dishes. In the complex, beautiful structure recommended for a stay especially for the price / quality ratio.

I've been coming to this hotel for almost 30 years. All very joyful and courteous. Food pointed. Rooms very clean. Massage excellent. 100 percent recommended.
