Our mountain villa was fantastic! Plenty of space and magnificent views with private pool. It doesn't get any better than that! The beautiful living room with luxury sofa and fireplace was really uniquely beautiful. Amazing view from the super comfortable luxury bed.

Finally once again in Avelenes. Chalet Mirabell has evolved. We were the first in one of the new Panorama Suites. Luckily the weather was so bad that we didn't leave the hotel for a minute. Simply top. From arrival, check-in, spa, staff, suites, restaurant, food, wine, bar, outdoor facilities… if you find something to complain about here so close to paradise, you can't help anyway. We wish everyone a great season, stay healthy and thank you for the lived hospitality that is supported by each individual!

A friend warms your holiday at the Mirabell swollen and I can only confirm it, the Mirabell is one of the best Wellness hotels in South Tyrol! Super Spa and great infusions with Florian, great food and friendly staff. A Highlight is the views from every room and from the Sunset Pool, just gorgeous.

A short break from everyday life, we were completely satisfied and thrilled. All of them super friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the beautiful time. ✨

We had booked a day spa. Friendly staff, always enough fresh towels there, used drinking cups were diligently cleared away and clean brought. There were nuts and fresh fruit. Enough resting places. Great outdoor pools and sits. Very clean and well maintained, harmoniously furnished and decorated. At lunchtime there was lunch and then cake buffet — for everyone something.
Definitely a top hotel, highly recommended.

I have stayed at this wonderful resort for 10 days in August. Have not managed to find something to improve: the structure, the location, the suite, the spa, the food, the staff… all perfect! With me I had my "little 4-legged" and has been gestibilissimo, thanks to an organization that leaves nothing to chance. With or without the sun, the atmosphere at the Mirabell become suggestive, in any shape you want to understand this statement… the dousing at the end of the day, then, is a "ritual" that is really struggling having to move!

A great Spa Hotel I enjoy every day. The hotel staff is super friendly and very attentive. The rooms are a dream, here in the most pleasant way, the soul dangle. Food and drinks are excellent.

A dream from the very first moment. A beautiful stylish hotel, cosy, technically top modern and combined with sophisticated alpine chic with personal charm at an absolute top level. Great what the Reiterer family has created here with their employees. The hotel, everywhere it smells pleasant, the dreamlike garden with swimming pond, panoramic pool and view, loungers and daybeds, the spa with dozens of oases of peace, simply arriving, enjoying well-being and everything so well maintained! Well thought out also that there are very nice separate areas for families and travelers without children. A personal table for all meals along with restaurant areas with different Alpine design orientation but it stands styled and exciting never bieder and boring. Pampering board with breakfast such as dinner great, in between cakes or savoury everything included in the price. Buffet combined with menus a la carte, exclude a huge selection of wine! Smokerslounge for smokers and cigar lovers. We will definitely be back! into this magnificent Hideaway! Thank you dear Fam. Reiterer+Team.

On a rainy November weekend, we were warmly received at the Hotel Chalet Mirabell and received with bacon, shaking bread and Proseco. The welcome was very warm and we immediately felt comfortable. The room, too, was in line with our complete satisfaction (Kat. Chalet Garden). We were lucky that our room was very close to the spa area and so we didn't have to go across the hotel with the bathrobe. The Premium SPA at convinces us with its diversity and we can highly recommend all hotel guests. The two saunas and also the steam baths offer enough space for all guests, although from time to time it became narrow when infusion in the evening. The only small criticism would be that we felt it had too few rest beds and lounging facilities in the Premium SPA. Often the beds were also reserved all day with cloths and magazines.
However, I know that this is very difficult for the hotel to counteract this, otherwise every hour a member of staff would have to "free" all the loungers. Nevertheless, we also really enjoyed the stay in the spa area. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the flexibility of the spa staff. We were able to change the booked massages 5 minutes before the appointment and get another massage. Since my partner and I always booked treatments at the same time, we also got the massages together at the Luis Spa. I was very impressed by this attention to couples.
Those who expect gourmet cuisine at Chalet Mirabell will not be disappointed.

An all around perfect hotel, we stayed during the Christmas season in the Beautiful Mountain Love suite. The new rooms are very chic, practical and cozy. The room service is outstanding and clean.
The decoration in the hotel is stylish and noble and sprayed with us all Christmas spirit.
The new wellness area and the swimming pool for adults are absolutely perfect and it is easy to relax on this beautiful spot with other peace seekers. There were enough towels and sunbeds at all times and the refreshment bar is regularly replenished.
When all the candles and the fireplace are on, the atmosphere is not to be topped.
The breakfast and dinner are very high quality, varied and always fine and the wine selection great.
At the bar are very good bartenders and here you will also find a large selection, which is presented perfectly. For example, various rum varieties with dark chocolate on the side. There is also a beautiful open fireplace, which creates a great atmosphere. We hope in the nine bar area there will continue to be a nice "real fireplace", because it does not get better. We are looking forward to…
At the reception you get great hiking — or city — Todo tips and the day program has a lot to offer.
The location of the hotel is an absolute dream and you have all day sunshine on your own large terrace.
The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from the ski resort and there is even an on-site shuttle.

We spent 4 very nice days in the chalet Mirabell! We received 2 glasses of sparkling wine and some bread with a very good ham. The car was moved from the staff to the underground garage and the luggage came directly into the room. Reception staff was extremely friendly and met every wish. The staff in the service were also good but always very hectic. Our room was extremely clean (compliment to the room ladies) and very tastefully decorated. The hotel offers 2 different wellness areas, an adults only area and an area for families. We stayed in the adults only area and were very happy. 3 different saunas, steam baths, heated pools, very good massage offer. Everything you need to feel good.
Everything about food (no matter if breakfast or dinner) was delicious and of good quality. Everything in all, gladly again.

Perfection from A as arrival to Z as room. The premium Spa, which is accessible only to adults, is incredibly generous in space and facilities. But also the family area with its own textile saunas offers a lot (and is increased degree).
In 3 minutes you can take a car in the manageable but well-groomed ski area Merano 2000. The great location also invites for smaller and larger walks.

The Garden Dream double room with whirlpool in the garden was a first class highlight. The room radiates a sense of amusement through the natural materials and the bed is a dream. The whole Mirabell team is warm, friendly and courteous, the kitchen and especially the 5 star breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Throughout the house, and especially in the parking area, there are countless comfortable seating and reclining facilities and the loving decoration invites you to relax. A house to which you are very happy to return and recommend more!

Very nice home with lots of Potential For a Winterwoche we have this really nice house with a great view selected. Rooms, Spa, dining rooms, etc are really extremely attractive. On the whole, the Whole, however, somewhat carelessly operated, on Details of little value. The Breakfast and lunch, with no hidden Surprises, just standard. The dinner is ok, could einfachsreicher. Einfachsreich are the names of the dishes: Baked Kartoffelstifte stand for French fries. The costs for drinks are noteworthy, Fußballabende in the General guest area can occur conclusion: Mirabell, you can make. The high price does not improvable offer.
