Back from a week at the hotel rainer. Very satisfied. Superb food. Location 🔝. To be returned.

Very suitable for families and children, great organization and good food.

Finally a real hotel for families with children. Everything is organized for children and above all the staff is child friendly and does not break down in front of cries, whims, disorder and other things typical of children, especially very small. Long story short, no one looks at you badly.
two large dream parks, one all wooden, at the beginning of the forest, with ski-lifts, Tibetan bridges and braziers for the bonfire on Friday evening; the other, above the pool, with jumparello (and the inflatable on Sunday afternoon) large sandbox with many games, swings, slides and pedal cars.
at dinner, a children's buffet, where they can choose independently what to choose; buffet also provided with baby food (homogenized, pastina, fresh pastas of vegetables and vegetable broth). You can ask for food to take on a walk.
The mini club is not a parking lot but a school of adventure and fun: animals to care for, walk with alpacas, day at the riding school, walk in the woods, jobs with natural material, homemade bread near the wooden mill, part of the hotel, cinema evening, babydance evening, bonfire… In addition, when the children do the whole day with the miniclub (9.39-18:00) there is the service of “assisted lunch” which allows parents to make longer and challenging excursions.
in the evening the miniclub service starts again at 19.

Beautiful resort, great food, plentiful and quality, staff always attentive to every need. The only lack in my opinion is the direct connection (without leaving the water) between the indoor and outdoor pools, present in structures of this caliber.

We left today and left a piece of our heart. Perfect holiday! Impeccable organization, cuisine and high level service. Relaxing spa, super pools! Activities at any time for children and adults. Easy connections to all the most beautiful attractions in the area.

Super family friendly Hotel! The childcare is really a dream. You're really with the Slippers up to the Ski Depot and then to you directly on the slopes! Restaurant — great, a Spa, a Sauna, just relax all you need to do and all in the heart of the Dolomites.

One could spend the best Hotels in the I holiday. It all fits! The friendliness of the staff, the quality of the cuisine, the perfect child care, the charm of the senior Management and… More so, we are definitely coming back!

This is the family hotel par excellence and serves as a term of comparison for the other facilities we visit with our children. We always come back from the rainers.

Very friendly… wanted to provide us as non-house guests information. All questions were answered to us super and friendly. Even different rooms are shown in the new annex. Will appreciate this hotel alone. Also very nice hotel and will come to visit soon.

Friendliness and good accommodation are essential for a relaxing holiday. Good food, clean rooms, the ski slopes in front of the door and the versatile saunas are also a plus. Since a family hotel unfortunately also many poorly behaved children, whose parents hardly care about their manners. Kopete.

Already the second year here and again excited. Great for families with children. Our children (7/9) are in the morning in the ski course directly at the hotel. Then lunch, little break and in the afternoon again in the swimming pool.

Another fantastic week at Rainer! Weather glorious. Everything made easy by the organised staff! Skiing from the door straight to the mountain top! We had a great time and relaxed totally in the hot tub and pool. Thank you again!

The hotel is ideal for a family holiday. Elegant and cozy is well organised for children. The luck of the Resort is where is located: Sesto/Moso is a typical tyrolean village of beauty that makes people fall in love for the nature that surrounds the Rocky Mountains. We stayed in the apartments to save some from the hotel because the costs are not cheap; incidentally the quality you pay for. Relaxation and well-being are the basis of the service offered. Personal rating: 8, 5.

Work and family environment.

The Hotel is very friendly staff, by number, from the bill to the boss, up to the nice lady with the towels changed. The room which we stayed in was unfortunately unangenhem "hot", and even by night-time ventilation is not pleasant to temper. As a visitor without children, to me is the extremely friendly behavior towards their children noticed and also the program I feel great. Super Playground for the Kids. For "without children" travelers is the Family Resort" only to a limited extent, because you have a lot of nerves need not be spared. For Famiien with children is a great thing. The house is very Noisy, so wear ear plugs to bring. The food is great, the Bierpreis (5 Euro for 0.5) but unreal, the Weinpreis it again fair. The Hotel is sensational, in Moss, however, is nothing going on :-)
