We booked for a short family holiday. We didn't know the farm Franch. What did we like? All! The location. The spacious room, furnished with care, in every detail. The breakfast plentiful, sweet, salty … for every need.
But above all they conquered us! courtesy, availability and attention of the whole team of the farm!
Holiday absolutely to be repeated! Highly recommended!

What about… we arrived at this place thanks to the advice of a friend. A wonderful and very welcoming environment, the staff really professional friendly and with elegant ways. The ever-present owner pampers customers and makes them feel comfortable without ever being intrusive. Dinner … what to say, light tasty dishes and really brilliant. Bad experience. We contacted the managers to arrange a refreshment for a baptism, following the request we were provided with a hypothesis of menu and cost per person, the thing could work for us and we set up a meeting to be able to review some things and check the Details. During the appointment following some changes the manager revised down the economic offer and ventilated a cost of any bottles of sparkling wine. We broke up with the understanding that he would email us the new proposal the following day. After a week, having not yet had any feedback, we urge the manager who reassures us that in the afternoon he would make us have everything. In the afternoon we receive nothing, we provide, after waiting for another day, to urge again and finally we receive the proposal. To no alittle surprise we discover that of what had been said during the meeting nothing had been kept, the bottles included in the cost per person had been completely eliminated and the price of the bottles themselves had also been revised upwards. I do not discuss the price of the offer that may or may not be in line with the market but certainly the behaviour of the manager was decidedly unprofessional. Only the delay in sending the final proposal had made us doubt the reliability, the fact that we had also taken back what was agreed by voice removed all doubt.

A bit disappointing food. Too bad because the location is really nice. Perhaps it would be better to offer a more elaborate cuisine for such a nice place, clearly, you would go on prices but just missing a somewhat chic place in Val di Cembra. Try it even just for an aperitif.

It was a pleasant surprise to discover the Franch Farm. The environment is very well cared for. The rooms from the old farm are basic but beautiful and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful, willing to accommodate the customer's requests. I felt good and I think I'll be back soon.

I'd rather go and eat from the Chinese god. There are 6 dishes on the cross from here choose, the tables were wobbly and the prices are other, place too rich, half a century to wait for food and at the request of a Little bread they told us okay and then they forgot about it, after we requested it and finally brought it to us, after we went to eat at a decent pizzeria.

Local that I have been attending for a few months. Lovely place both for couple evenings and for a dinner in the company. I love never finding the same dish. I explain better the menu is very minimal and continues to vary according to the seasonality of the product. Everything I ate right now was great.
Staff prepared and very friendly prepared both on the food (intolerances) and on the wine as this place is also suitable for aperitifs…

On the return from the mountain holiday the car makes The tantrums but between unexpected and counter-unforeseen, we find the oasis in the desert…
Wonderful Place, lovely reception, food to say the least exquisite, and the wine… What to say! The only flaw is that I have to do 2h and a half road to get there, but safe at 100% when I pass by those areas I will return to you… Thanks for everything.

Another insider tip… The stone's throw from Trento up into the mountains or A small excursion from Lake Caldaro (approx. 30 min. ) is worthwhile.
Here the guest expects a very good price-pleasure ratio. A three-course menu (to be filled with enough but also two) in this quality for about 60 to 80 euro (incl. Drinks) and in a very nice ambience you will not find so often. Very attentive service.
The wine list offers mainly the rather unknown but excellent wines and Spumante from the Val di Cembra and they are also available in all the way. So if you are looking for something beyond the "usual" kitchen, this is the right place.

Modern and welcoming place, staff prepared and friendly. Much care in the choice of raw materials. Wide-spectrum wine cellar with a good selection of glasses with sparkle on the side.

Pleasant, rather libidinous discovery. Elegant and hospitable structure, very welcoming in every space. Refined menu, with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Impeccable quality and taste at an affordable price. Really recommended!

Super Beautiful eatery with good wine selection. Unfortunately, the dishes weren't really prepared with love. Sometimes a little salt or one or the other spice wouldn't have hurt. The service was very hard and friendly. Only Italian is spoken here.

The place looks really nice and elegant, which makes us initially fear for the price of the dishes. In fact the menu presents really competitive prices, especially for dishes so refined, created with fresh ingredients. There are not many dishes, but they are really well cared for and almost every other day and this can only be considered a merit. The service is really excellent as well as the food. The dishes, refined and well presented, are really tasty and you can feel the freshness of the ingredients. The only fact that you could do is relative to the quantity, a little less than average, but considering the price and quality of the ingredients you can not complain.

The restaurant in addition to class has a very high quality with helpful staff. I liked it so much that besides lunch I went there as well in the evening to be able to taste the whole menu!

Great food and quality, courteous staff (recent change of management) and value for money interesting (especially if you book a menu). Amazing location and locale! They did not have a changing table but they found me immediately an alternative solution (I think I realized that short anyway they will install them). Nice evening!

This is a very posh and expensive restaurant. Starter at the price about 15 EUR and the first course at the price about 15 EUR. Waiters seem well-trained. The chef was innovative, though chef's skills of combining flavours and of deep-frying needed improvement.
