Amazing hotel with excellent staff and superb restaurant! Location is in a quaint town at the base of the Dolomite Mountains and the mouth of Lake Garda… breathtaking. Luxurious, intimate boutique hotel that is very relaxed and comfortable. Diego's service was exceptional and he made us feel like family. Thank you!

Excellent hotel. Staff very attentive. Surroundings are wonderful. Breakfasts are very enjoyable. Only slight criticism is that music in breakfast area doesn't need to be so loud and is very pop music. Perhaps something More subtle would be better.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Had only one night and wished I could have stayed longer! The room with the garden view was really nice. Clean. And had a comfortable bed. Nice bathroom too. In the morning I had a tasty breakfast and perfect massage at the spa. All the personell was great and always smiled and helpful! Thanks for making my trip even better!

Definitely a very nice place, clearly given the high prices the air is the clientele that you breathe is the most exclusive. First dish good but the local oil is really very strong and maybe in exaggerated amounts in the dishes can give a little boredom.

My friend Jade and I stayed at the Lido Palace in April, actually, we are still here, leaving tomorrow! Every second of our stay has been without fault. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is incredible (varied and delicious) and the room is modern, elegant and spotless. About a three minute walk from the main town of Riva del Garda, the location is perfect, and the views from the restaurent area and spa are breathtaking. As the weather has been quite drizzly, we have spent a LOT of time in the spa, and we both agree it is the best spa we have ever been to. Thank you to everyone at Lido Palance who have made us feel like royalty. We would love to return in the near future! Josie and Jade.

Beautiful spa in which to spend a relaxing day.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Everything is perfect from the friendly helpful staff to food to location to cleaneness to comfort. Ect. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world but I can honestly say. This one is my favourit.

cared for in detail and with level staff makes the days in this Hotel a feast for body and mind.
The restaurant coordinated by a great chef for impeccable lunches and dinners the rooms in a modern style treated and managed in an exemplary way the baths with the products of Parma water a gift for the body the park and the pool make you remember that "you are not at home" splendid. Needless to say when I can I will always return.

Hotel that makes the Belle Epoque's style live fully, with a glance at the present. The new elements of the structure, dominated by steel and glass, bind perfectly to the main building of beginning ' 900, giving it a unique soul of its kind. The Staff is very helpful and prepared, as well as a very impressive SPA.

What a luxury hotel should be from looks, service and feeling of wellbeing. The property was beautiful and the staff went out of their way to be of service.

I cannot fault the place. Went to their restaurant to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and the service / food was incredible. They even decorated the table with petals especially. It is one of the more expensive places we have eaten whilst being here but it was so worth the money. I'll remember that evening for a long time. Perfect views, incredible architecture and gorgeous food. I'd highly recommend.

The best place to spend a relaxing holiday, the staff very polite and prepared, the décor with attention to every detail and with the surrounding great considering the fact that it is attached to the Garda Lake and at the foot of the mountains.
In winter there is no better place than this!

A very nice, spacious hotel with understated luxury. Very good cuisine, fine materials and beautifully situated. A relaxed and quiet atmosphere in all areas make the stay very pleasant.
Unfortunately it has provided the entrance gate to the lakeside promenade with a door stop (tripping), extends about 10 cm from the ground. Because this access is non-illuminated at night almost stumbled my wife about it, injured and tore up a costly pair of trousers. In a 5 star hotel may not occur such blatant security flaws! That's why only 3 *.

We weren't exactly guests, but we walked past the hotel every day during our brief sojourn in a three star around the block. Very cool indeed. Very five star from the outside.

One of the Leadings Hotel of the world and we understand why. Its structure between the liberty and the futuristic design with on one side the rocks and mountains, and the lake walk is something unique.
Rooms ok, ok, ok, Spa Spa Park and endless possibilities of sport and relaxation that only the Garda can offer, recommend it!
