Lovely hotel, lovely and extremelly friendly staff, extremelly clean and spacious room. Love it!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and found a cozy, prepared and aesthetically very nice place. The rooms are spacious and have a somewhat hidden but still graceful view (at least for what I've been through). The spa and pool were more than satisfactory, even the body treatments were appreciated with great enthusiasm and I must say that I just relaxed. The staff was really excellent … PAOLO was B R A V I S S I M O! (few will understand). Great cuisine. The outdoor spaces are magnificent especially for that vegetable garden where there are aromatic plants and flowers. The comfortable garage because it is large and overlooking the road leading to various locations of the alpine cimbra. Which I would say excellent experience.

Beautiful place, clean hotel and large rooms. The staff are really very nice, in the truest sense of the word, not that they are kind because they have to be. At the reception we found two friendly guys and the manager, very helpful, even solved a problem with my mother's tablet. The spa is very functional, clean, well-groomed and relaxing, they have extra services such as massages and manicures with very good staff (I struggled to get my mother out of the hot tub with heated water). An extra vote for sympathy and kindness to our waiters Veronica, Antonio and Domenico and, of course, to the head of Paul's room. Only bad note, but this is my fault, the food was so good and varied that I gained 3 kg at the finished holiday, not even the beautiful walks around saved me.

Professionalism, kindness and helpfulness are the three words with which I want to define the staff of the structure! Great food and very clean rooms! Everything you need to be able to relax! To come back surely!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel this past Easter weekend and the level and especially the kindness of the staff are equal to a 5 star.
I have to congratulate the Maitre Paolo who has made himself available in every moment to satisfy all our requests, even for our children and, like him, we thank all the Staff for the courtesy and the smile always present, despite the fatigue and the end of Season.

Evening entertainment with pleasant live music.
What about the food! A rich choice of dishes, from the breakfast buffet to the dinner, served with refined dishes and the most amazing flavors!
Definitely will be back soon at this property because we were really happy and you made our short stay a real holiday!

Very nice hotel, nice and clean rooms. The spa area is very nice and invites you to linger. The only drawback is the somewhat light-hearing room. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast and dinner is very good. In the evening there is a 4-course menu. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great. Excellent service! Very helpful and friendly Staff. Impeccable cleanliness and more than perfect kitchen (i enclose photos of the dishes). Besides the SPA, the swimming pool in the snow is truly unforgettable. Ideal for those wishing to live a unique experience.

The property is beautiful and the location is strategic. What makes this hotel truly unique is the staff: excellent combination of competence and friendliness. Attention to the customer stands out. In particular, the solar reception of Alessandra at the reception and the attention of Savio in Sala. The SPA is very pretty and cared for. The Food (breakfast and dinner) is tasty and quality. I usually like to change, but in this place you can not come back! Recommended!

Well… this is the hotel and spa you would like to find in any place you go. The staff is very kind and careful about your needs; they make you feel as you were at home. The spa is managed with some roles to keep it comfortable but if you ask they satisfy also some weird requests. Paolo is an impressive dining room manager with his amazing staff. The food is traditional Italian with some north European influence, tasty and healthy. The facility is complete of any comfort as inside car park, ski storage, boots dryer and more. The location is few minutes (by walk) far from down town and 10 minutes by car from the ski slopes. This is a pet friendly and children friendly place even thought the environment is pretty quiet. I can't literally wait to be there again.

Great Hotel. As soon as we arrived we were immediately greeted kindly by the staff who cared about the unloading of our luggage. Very clean rooms, there is a direct elevator between garage and the room itself. With the formula half board we had dinner 2 evenings with really yummy dishes. I'm attaching some pictures. Recommended.

Hotel that cleverly marries modern décor with the typical mountain atmosphere. Spa and pool not great but very nice. Very helpful staff The only small flaw, in my opinion, the regulation for the use of the spa would be clearer and better to report.

Great hotel, close to the center of Folgaria. All the staff are very kind and attentive to every need of the customer. Great food for both breakfast and dinner, large choice. Modern room, spacious, bright and also the bathroom is very large. In The room There are also bathrobes for the spa. Spa is very nice and quiet.

Friendly staff super food.

We spent 5 nights in this hotel during september. It's really a good experience the room is clean, simple, and modern, with balcony facing the mountain and garden. Their entrance of garage and the route planning inside hotel provide a lot on convenience and privacy.   The employees are nice and friendly. High recommended hotel.

No air conditioning in room and pillows and mattress too hard.
