Great hotel. We've been there twice already. Dream view and pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast plentiful and staff always friendly. We liked the free shuttle service and the lido contracted with the hotel. We're going 1, 000 more times!

Fantastic location and very helpful staff. Always willing to help. Building a bit dated and in need of minor cosmetic improvement. Good breakfasts but they need to make more effort for lunch and evening meals. If they did a BBQ by the pool or on the terrace above I think they would get more food custom. Would go back as good value.

Out of Taormina fever (but only 20 min by a city bus with a stop in front of the hotel), calm with a nice view on the Etna. The swimming pool is great and the breakfast buffet is good. Only the room could be renewed.

A very well located hotel in the beautiful village of Castelmola. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is not necessarily worth a visit.

I have not stayed at this hotel, but I do have a very favorable opinion: me and my companion went up to Castelmola in September 2016 in the evening to enjoy the panorama, and it was not to mention that a rain downpour started to fall. Dressed in summer, we were in no condition to face the rain. It was late 9.30 pm and we took refuge in the lobby of this hotel where the employee saw us come ashore! After a few exchanges the person at the reception brought us a huge umbrella to protect us from the rain and thus saved our romantic evening asking us simply to drop it before leaving.
The kindness of this person marked me and this is how we were able despite the time to enjoy our evening without finishing soaked.

Great hotel, ideally places in Castelmola. Some of rooms look directly onto Etna which is great to see in the morning. Fairly limited evening menu but I'm reviewing this as a hotel rather than eatery. Good facilities.

It was a very nice hotel and the room was very good. Breakfast varied and of excellent quality. The location is amazing, a must if you are in the area Taormina. Nice Castelmola!

A fantastic view of Etna. Very good staff and very helpful Our suite very nice, large, with a beautiful terrace and panoramic. The pool super and the same the food. Very close to Taormina, but far from its chaos. The village of Castelmola is delightful.

2 day stay in couple in may: the hotel certainly boasts a privileged location overlooking the Valley and Etna (attention no view on the Bay of Taormina) BUT:
-no Wi-Fi in the rooms
-Rusty shower
-broken shutters that open and slam at the slightest gust of wind, preventing us from sleep
A bit limited for a 4 stars!
And as icing on the cake, when we requested something for these broken components and noisy, we had the right to one manager dishonest, closed to any dialogue, who accused us of lying about the State of its rooms…
In short a stay really spoiled!

Stayed in room 308 for 5 days. Room was spacious but old. There was huge balcony with two chairs and table. We asked sunbeds to there but answer was NO. Room smelled bad and behind the wardrobe was wet towel preventing some water coming from wall. Hotel was in great place and the view from room was amazing. From the view to Etna we give 5 stars. Breakfast was everyday the same. Service was nice and very polite. Internet communications all over the hotel was very bad. Only lobby area had good connection.

Amazing property enjoying stunning views of Etna and surroundings. Very clean room. Only drawback was the time restriction with the use of the pool. Otherwise highly recommend.

Lovely room, view of Etna. Though cost a bit more for privilege, food and drink expensive but sort walk into town and cafés nearby will provide all you need at lower prices. Pool and sunbeds were great.

Stunning location, around Taormina hotels but away from the hustle, great view of snow-covered Etna from the room, the restaurant's terrace. Comfortable room and friendly staff.
