Great Hotel with my family we spent a weekend by God.

I had a nice room with a vieuw on Etna vulcano. The hotel location is not comforable towards the city center and the beach. The swimmingpool was not opened yet. Which means you can't get a drink on the terras yet. We were with a group of 37 Dutch people who would have like to have a drink outside. It's a loss for the hotel as well. We stayed there 3 night that would have a nice extra income for the hotel. Now we went out to have a drink, not very sebsible of the hotel owner. Also they don't like when you pay by pin or credit card they accept cash only! This is 2018. Very unwise! Unfortunately. It's mentioned te be a 4* Hotel it's not worth 4*, maybe 2, 6

I have been with my 5 day school in this hotel. It was a very nice hotel. Food of good quality and great willingness to agree menus and meal times. The staff were very helpful Taking into account that ours was an educational trip with limited Baget, the quality of the services was great. For 5 days The hotel has been a cosy and safe house for the students of the ITT "B. Focaccia" of Salerno. Thank you!

Perennially dirty tablecloths and never changed during the week, mice pass in the dining room, poor and bad food, plaster of the rooms falling apart, cleaning of the rooms overlooked and frequent boiler failures.
I have nothing to add.

Excellent hotel, perfect dinner and sublime bearing, the Council also for events of any kind. Luxury Hotel suitable for any kind of person.

Very bad, hairs on the pillows, hairs on the blankets, then not to mention the food, are 4 days that I have intestinal pains and a possible food poisoning, even the fruit sucks, I brought an apple in the room and the next day was black, bad avoided if you keep to Bless you. Ah and the hot water also does not go and there is no working shower cubicle as it should, not even the batteries in the remote, not to mention the lights that come on after 15 seconds, avoid.

I think it's not just a bad place. I find it really shameful. It's really close. Every day I found hairs in the plates, dirty rooms. Hallucinating. And this would be a 4 star? But not even zero stars! It's just shameful, I hope for them that they never go checks!

Reviewable food, discreet rooms.

Bad Hotel not worth 4 *. As soon as we arrived in the room we realized that the beds were broken and that the door of the only bathroom for 5 people would not lock, without talking about the shower cubicle all moldy is broken together with the dish of revitalizing that leaked. The sockets did not work and the balcony did not close. As far as the food really sucked. And I tell you that the first day we ate pasta with cheese above and second a raw hamburger with frozen fries. As for breakfast we had only a croissant and a drink of choice between milk, coffee, cappuccino and juice all delivered by a vending machine. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Nice hotel and room. Clean and spacious. The only bad thing was the Wi-Fi signal on the first floor. Impossible to access.

Great service. Hotel premisses coukd be better, there is space for improvement.

If there was less I would give less!
This morning I called for information regarding the pool, the young lady rudely answered me saying 'NO, the pool is only open to the customers goodbye' not even time to say thank you! More than rude, I add grumpy! Suck!

Really very disappointing. Big Hygiene problems.

A paradise, very quiet, kind staff, cleaning in short you could do better, at the end price quality is fine.

Bedrooms are about to fall down… can't have a proper shower… matresses very hard cant sleep well… mold on the bedroom ceiling and sofas… to get your room cleaned you have to ask (and got shouted at) socks, chewing gum and sanitary pads under the bed… crumbs in bed sheets… very bad food (got is sick) lipstick on coffee mugs… Wi-Fi only available in reception and very bad connection… 1.30hrs waiting for food… Never will return again.

Beautiful place, good rooms and amazing pool.

This is a one star hotel air conditions in rooms do not work no safe in all rooms in the evening no hot water in the shower no lobby to relax cannot recieve international phone calls to rooms. Staff were helpfull food was good.
