This hotel was perfect, the restaurant, Spa facilities, the rooftop was amazing! as well the staf where very nice and helpful.

The staff were very helpful. Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, truly complete and state-of-the-art structure, minimal but comfortable. Room in perfect state, clean and fragrant. The roof terrace is a strong piece, perfect for a relaxing aperitif. Full and really wide breakfast, from sweet to salty. I will definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing exeriance and stuff its friendly, I felt like I am a part of the family! Highly recommended. Also Spa in here its in the natural cave. If you planning on coming to Siracusa Sicily, you just have to come here. Breakfast have a bunch of different options from healthy ones who care about calories to a more Italian traditional. We were starting day with a fresh squeeze juice.

It's the first time I've been to this facility. My girlfriend and I took advantage of the "One Gift" package which included the wellness and dinner route.
What to say, the staff very nice and the warm welcome. The well-structured SPA. We were very happy, then, of the service at the dinner table: great and hearty food and the waiter pampered us and was very but very courteous and helpful.

The reception was fantastic, every member of the staff made me feel important, and attentive to my every request to me and my friends! The breakfast and dining area has undergone a great novelty now the bar area has turned into an outdoor kitchen, functional not only for beautiful fresh food for breakfast but also for lunch and dinner, with two fantastic chefs "Concetto" and "Cristina", which have delighted my palate in 360 degrees, with exclusively fresh dishes and in my case gluten-free! A flaw, once immersed in this Hotel when you go away from the door if you immediately miss it is you can't wait to go back! P. S can be addictive!

Good hotel, but pochemuto there constantly something breaks, connected with an electrician. Yes, and it's time to do the menu in Russian.

Perfect modern hotel within walking distance of the sanctuary of Tears. Inside it is convenient services (such as the SPA and the free gym), the wonderful panoramic terrace from which you can see all of Syracuse and an excellent restaurant. Only flaw? There is no bidet in the rooms.

Wonderful experience of relaxation and wellness welcome amazing staff ready for every need. It seems that I enter a dream. A few km from the center of Ortigia and the Shrine of Our Lady of Tears.

I had booked for 2 days we were also 1 day longer! Syracuse is unforgettable. But a Hotel in Syracuse will be for the rooms. The design. The staff. A compliment especially dedicated to Laura with a warm smile like the sun of Sicily.

I wanted to give this place five stars. The restaurant is amazing, food and staff are great. The balcony is freaking incredible. Show up during the off season and get ready to be the only people at this hotel. And the spa. God that spa was amazing. Completely worth the stay. The room was pretty small, and newly decorated. It was a bit cheaper looking than the pics let on. You have to put your key in the wall to turn on everything in the room. When my bf would go get something I’d just sit in the dark and wait for him. Hah. Either way we were the only ones here. Private spa, restaurant, and balcony lounge. Well worth the money. Also they make you pay extra for the spa FYI.

Before arriving I was trying to contact the front desk because due to the heavy traffic I was delaying but never answered anyone. Arrived and made this happen at the reception I was answered that they gave precedence to customers present and not to those who call from the outside so if they do not release first they do not respond to anyone. We went to a Hotel in the room because through the Internet the SPA seemed fabulous and instead arrived on the spot a huge disappointment. Inside there was a very strong smell of moisture, of mould and wet rock, ditto the Turkish bath dug in the tuff, was unbearable, the whirlpool with salt water and up to here can go, on the bottom however there was sand that gave a sense of dirt I don't know! At this point we walked away from the SPA after about 15 minutes. The rooms nothing to write home about as they appeared in the photos of the site. Flagship, however, the attic, very nice and cared for.

I went to this hotel to spend two days in Syracuse and to spend a day in the spa. The room we reserved, to their own, was a superior (I think only for the particularity of the round bed), but well-stocked, very bright and well-heated. Very good breakfast: find extractor to prepare extracts at the moment, breakfast mignon (ravioli of ricotta, croissants. ) and an area where they prepare on the moment his omelettes are crepes. Very nice Spa They are located inside a rock: it includes a relaxation area with herbal teas, a bathtub with two different water streams, a sauna, an emotional shower and a steam room that was in maintenance. I recommend it!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms and hot buffet breakfast with fresh juice! However there are some drawbacks. Even though the main picture shows a jacuzzi and pool that is not include. That is an extra 60 euros. We really thought the jacuzzi or pool was included… when we arrived at night the restaurant was open but the said they were out of food because of a big group… the restaurant was 2/3 empty. They did offer us some toast though. They also said we could order pizza for delivery. We wanted a meal though and there is nothing close by. Oh and the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner on Sundays (which happened to be our second day there). The location is about a 35 minute walk to the island. It is a hip, young and modern hotel with a cool rooftop and none of the cons are deal breakers but we probably wouldn't recommend this hotel for tourists.

It is my third time at a one hotel and it is always a fairytale experience. Great hotel in quiet area for those who want to visit Syracuse. We took advantage of the spa for in wellness path. Everything fabulous, from the staff to the attention to detail. Experience to repeat!

Had a really nice stay here. The rooms are clean and modern and facilities are really convenient. There's a nice rooftop area where you can chill at the end of a busy day with a drink. The highlight was the Akedemia restaurant where the dishes were sublime and the service was fantastic.

In a sordid neighborhood, away from the old town, a sexy pseudo atmosphere of the worst taste, the rooms are small… we shortened our stay in this hotel to find another…

Great hotel run (I think) by young people but certainly helpful and friendly. Well laid out and comfortable. Great breakfast with sweet and savoury delicacies and equally excellent dinner to try the sea bream. Good.

Hotel run by a young and super efficient. The staff and the best gift that this can make you. Great buffet breakfast. I quite enjoyed the centrifuge and the juice of fresh oranges. Nice gym open 24 hours a day. Room only note requiring some renovation to make them perfect. For the rest. Great air conditioning and cleaning. We will be back.

Comfortable stay and price was very reasonable. Loved the buffet breakfast and the glass elevators. Didn't like the small rooms and dark decor.
