➜ To avoid. Mr. Vito (Receptionist) is a great rude and rude in every respect. Scandalous telephone reception. He mocked me in the face when I asked for a quote, telling me that he was in a hurry and that he had no time to lose with someone like me who liked a quote or some advice on the spot to visit. If I wanted a quote (so he told me) he my mail would never be ever marked because he had no time to lose. I had no pens on hand and so I closed the phone in the face, immediately after being threatened and taken to bad words because I had demanded the impossible. To denounce!
Sehr gutes Hotel, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schick modern und natürlich sauber. Vito (der Chef) ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer behilflich er hat uns immer mit guten Tips versorgt, egal ob Restaurants, Strände oder Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen privat Teil am nahegelegenen Strand. Hier konnten Liegen, Handtücher und Schirme gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis geliehen werden. Für Ausflüge zu anderen Stränden hat man uns kostenlos einen Sonnenschirm und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Da das Hotel in der Parkverbot Zone von San Vito lo Capo liegt, konnten wir hier zwar nicht parken, jedoch hat das Hotel einen Parkservice an der Hand, welcher unser Auto abgeholt und bei Bedarf wieder gebracht hat. Kosten pro Tag circa 10€. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr überzeugt und wir würden wahrscheinlich ohne Große neue Hotelsuche direkt hier wieder Einchecken.
