A very dated hotel that is not even worth the three stars. Showers are indecent and the curtains stink, they are funking as well as punctured and sauweed. I've had asthma problems and I haven't had one in years.
The internal parking is convenient. Donatella at breakfast was very nice.
I don't recommend it.

And a meaningless, creepy blue building. The room though spacious and clean, is 70s/80s style, but smells closed. The air conditioner is noisy. For value for money, if you wish you could even accept it.

Hotel built vertically, for each floor there are only 4/5 rooms. Clean rooms, mine had some problem with lights and buttons that didn't work. Hot water immediately in the shower and in the washbasin, a little small shower. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Also the restaurant inside was up to par, food great and plentiful. Ample internal parking, buffet breakfast very good with cannoli to fill as desired.

Crumbling and outdated structure. Questionable cleanliness. Walls too thin. Good positioning in the city and helpful staff.

Very courteous, clean room, good breakfast. Maybe it would serve a renovation of the rooms. Bed too soft for my liking. Overall I know advice. Guarded parking for cars and motorcycles.

Rooms are cleaned every day perfectly and the rooms are very good for the price. Breakfast well… But the staff is very friendly. 3Sterne for a good 3Sterne hotel.

The Residence is a three star hotel and offered us a daily breakfast and dinner, the 4-seater room (the one I was in during my stay) is spacious and equipped with a bathroom and a small terrace. Breakfast is in the buffet mode well stocked, instead the dinner provided a set menu consisting of first second and fruit. The service is quite good, the waiters are not entirely professional but the staff at the front desk are very knowledgeable.

Hotel B&B at a good price, easy access, parking, service and very good, the rooms are very clean, the bathroom as well, breakfast the coffee is automatic machine, but it is very good, I was there a week and I can recommend, WI fi available. For any doubts just check the photos. Many will say that the rooms are not new, but they are spotless. The only thing that could improve is changing the old lamps and putting LEDs, to save.

Extremly bad hotel. I would not recommend. Picture of hotels room do not correspond to reality. We asked at reception desk where is a room from picture and they told us that they have only two such rooms.

Great Hotel near piazza don bosco.

The staff are the No 1 absolute people like you there are few as Cyrus and save at night and if we come back and especially for your sympathy and kindness to soon greetings from napoli.

Met by chance for a business stay in Palermo and found the rooms although small but very clean and an excellent restaurant with a really good breakfast.

Nice friendly staff, managed to check in early and leave our car in the carpark to enable us to enjoy Palermo for the day. Room is quite large compared to most we've stayed in.

The old structure, 12-story tower stairs where disaster relief the only escape was … the elevator. Staff friendly but very little transparency to provide information concerning costs and services.
